My order was delivered to this carrier on April 16th but did not arrive at my address until April 29th. This is very poor service.

They lie about delivieries. They took ONE WHOLE MONTH (!!!!!!!!) to get my parcel from central France to italy. A whole month for something that would have normally taken no more than 7 days. And when the parcel finally came close to me, they decided to return it to sender. Worst shipping service EVER.

'Delivery attempted but no access to our drive' today apparently.... another excuse, another complete lie. This is the 2nd item being returned to the seller in a week as Hermes couldn't be bothered to drive up our lane to deliver our order. What makes things worse is that Hermes make absolutely no effort to contact us and they are impossible to reach if you try to contact them. Every single other courier for small and large goods gets our order to us.Why are people still using this dreadful courier - I certainly wouldn't by choice. From now on I will actively ask who their courier is and if they say Hermes will order from elsewhere.
Update 14:38 - Hermes have now updated their tracking information to say we refused the delivery! Blatant lie! I have made the seller and Amazon aware

I had a poor experience with this company's service. I ordered something on eBay and they claimed to have delivered it, but I never received it. The tracking showed that it was delivered, but my wife and neighbor both confirmed that they did not see any parcel. Overall, I do not recommend this company due to their poor quality of service.

Just arrived back after being away for a month. A package had been pushed through my letterbox addressed to a different person at a different address. Someone had written my address on the package?The person it was addressed to and her address were totally different to mine? Her address is Taylor Close, Kettering and my address is Constable Drive, Kettering. The only thing the same is the number of our houses. Our names are also totally different. I want to know why Myhermes decided to randomly deliver this parcel to me. I have today personally walked to Taylor Close and posted this parcel through the correct letterbox. I was not able to speak to the ownerto explain the delay.

The Delivery person on Saturday 22/04/2023. Just hurled my parcel over the backgarden fence. Totally irresponsible and disrespectful as you supposedly pose as a professional driver. 😡

As we have recorded, we had a really good experience this week whereby the EVRI / Hermes delivery agent responsible for the SY18 area got everything absolutely right ******

One good experience -:: Two bad —:
1) A parcel that we had been waiting for since 07/04/2023 was delivered 19/04/2023. The parcel was delivered yes. But, not to our property “ per se “, it was stashed behind a hedge in an open communal area adjacent to our property. 2) A parcel has been placed in what we term as our safe place -:: perfect you may think -:: the parcel is NOT for us. We do not know the intended recipient, we have tried to locate the intended recipient without luck. My wife now has to take this parcel to the local post office and arrange for it to be delivered correctly

Do not even deserve 1 star worst delivery service ever!
Dodgy company and people working for this company!! opening customers packages and stealing items, yet have the cheek to still deliver the empty items

Awful.Did not notify me of my delivery, left it in an obscure part of my property which I eventually found through chance after multiple phone calls to the vendor (Asda opticians) some 3 weeks after dispatch. Next time I will arrange to collect from the store.

What an absolute rubbish service they provide.My parcel was left at a collection shop instead of my home.I am disabled and house bound so how am I supposed to collect the item?They are totally useless and I will make sure any further orders I make fof delivery is not made by this shambollic company. Avoid at all costs.CRAP!!!!!!!

I got a message saying my parcel was delivered with a photo of my parcel outside the building,

I live in the city centre where lets say a lot of unfortunate people walk by and there is a car park 10 feet from the front of my building
would the Hermes driver leave his wallet outside a building where there is a public car park I just cant believe this I will buy my items from the internet only from vendors that do not use Hermes , I wish your feedback could allow my to give 0

Dreadful, unprofessional & disappointing service! They collected my parcel almost 4 weeks ago and the parcel has now been LOST.
Awful automotive system - your not able to call the customer service department and don't receive emails back until days after sending them.
Disaster of a company and would avoid at all costs! DO NOT USE.

I was sent a package through Parcel2Go and with Hermes on a 2 day delivery. It is still "in transit" 16 days on. Another high value package bought on EBAY due to arrive on the 5th April with Hermes has not arrived - 5 days late. Hoping will come after Easter but very poor service unfortunately as other reviews here.

AVOID! AVOID AVOID! They do not care. Disgusting, how can they call themselves a courier service is beyond me. They have held up my business for 5 days now and no explanation as to why my materials have not been delivered.

MyHermese / EVRI are beyond hopeless. They cant find my house (even though its been here 4 years). I cant order any parcels from sellers that use my hermese as the carrier as they are either marked as delivered (incorrectly) or returned to sender.

The customer support it truly hopeless. Despite trying to talk to somebody about this issue and supply GPS data and what 3 words codes no one will talk to me. There's an online chat bot you can ask to get a call back from but they don't call you.

So from now on I wont be using hermese for anything, and wont be buying of any sellers who use them.

Come on hermese sort yourself out your less than useless.

Once again this company employs someone who said I wasn't in when I was. I waited in for the delivery. Shocking service.

last night parcel arrived so late i was ready for my bed
waited 5 days for this a shipping from london
they are disgusting
unfortunately ebay is using them now, will shop amazon from now on
