What a useless company

What a useless company, they've had my parcel for a week now, had to email them asking whats happing and 3 days later still no answer. Why companies use this bunch of cowboys i will never know. I will now refuse to buy anything from a company that uses Hermes (Evri as they now call themself)

Worst Courier Company In The World

Three attempted deliveries, a been to my address once as per my video cameras and ring doorbell.
A shameful company with no customer service.
Why oh why are they still in business?
If they are used because they're cheap, surely all the refunds for lost or undelivered items means they must actually be ridiculously expensive for people sending items.
I will never buy an item again where Hermes (EVRI) is the courier!
Just discovered Hermes alleged delivery attempts weren't even in my postcode, they were approximately a mile away if you believe what they say.
How on earth is that possible? Surely the driver uses a satnav?
What a complete farce, how dare they describe themselves as a delivery company!

Yet again

Yet again, parcel delivered but NOT?!
Sick to death of losing money on products and businesses that use this courier!
Never any feedback from them, just more hard earned money down the drain!
How the hell this company gets away with this is beyond me!!!

Should be nought

Should be nought. How on earth are you supposed to sort out neglectful and totally incompetent deliveries if you can not get to speak to anyone. Automated services are useless if there is a problem. You have attempted a delivery. The card says SORRY WE HAVE MISSED YOU. I have not received this parcel. When I go to tracking it says it is with a neighbour - which neighbour. No details whatsoevery on the card. No, date, no name, no tracking number, no number of attempts. Utterly incompetent. I will have to sue for losing or taking my parcel if you do not find it.

If there was a zero, would have given that..A disgraceful courier company..Was awaiting an urgent parcel, never received & they stated been delivered.
Don't trust this shambles of a company to receive or deliver your goods

for years ive been buying things off…

for years ive been buying things off the wish app,and yesterday had the delivery,on the app it said id get delivery between 28th feb and 9th march,yet,the app gave me a time frame from 11am to 1pm,i had a message saying it was through my letter box at 10:58am,ive never had a problem with this company so idk if others are twisting the facts or not,top marks ,ty hermes

Apparently my parcel has had 3 delivery…

Apparently my parcel has had 3 delivery attempts and is now being sent back to the seller. I've not been out if the house for 3 months as I'm a carer for my elderly Mum so I was definitely in. I've set my safe place on the app and all the other delivery companies have no problem finding except this useless shower. The same courier has left things there before but now apparently can't find it.

Another attempted delivery lie from…

Another attempted delivery lie from this terrible company. As with every other “attempted delivery” to my property I was at home, I have cctv and I have a nest video doorbell. This time they claim my driveway was blocked preventing them from getting g to the door. I don’t have a driveway. I live on a main road with a small front garden gate. So lies lies lies. Horrible company
They should just close up and bugger off.

Company cancelled 2 of my collections…

Company cancelled 2 of my collections from home no reason why! Also gave themselves a review of 5 stars on my account absolutely fraudulent
I'm dumbfounded it's laughable how bad the service is. Also had an international collection booked 3 times they didn't turn up!! Driver has given no reason why and all they offer is to rebook

Without doubt the worst parcel service available!

Without doubt the worst parcel service available!

Items constantly left on the doorstep, in plain sight and often branded packaging, with no one in. This has led to so many items (and thousands of pounds); damaged, soaked and stolen.

No availability to; collect parcels anywhere, have parcels left anywhere or specify 'safe locations.
If it were possible to specify "Do not use Hermes" to any/every seller I would.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs!

Been trying to get delivery for nearly a week...

No notification that a delivery would be taking place. No email or SMS.

Only found out delivery had been attempted when I searched up the tracking information on the website.

3rd day the delivery was attempted, I managed to check the tracking information first thing in the morning, which told me a delivery would be attempted between 11:30 and 12:30. This was only added to the tracking system at 10:08, so had to rush home to get there in time. Managed to get home at 11:25, to find the tracking information had updated, and said final delivery was attempted at 11:20, which was earlier than expected.

No cards or slips posted through the door on any of the deliveries.

Item ordered was custom/personalised, so been struggling to get it back ever since.

Disappointed paid for next day delivery…

Disappointed paid for next day delivery never arrived. The feed back on hermes relates to the driver. No issues with the driver just they probably charge a client for next day delivery and fail deliver.

No delivery after 14 days in the wait 24 hr loop which means its been stolen. They have changed their name to Evri to cover their past,don't be fooled they are just the same useless thieving company.
