I placed an order through an ad and it said buy (2 and get 1 free) for $35.00. So I decided to order it. When I finished purchasing this cream product the total was $110.00 US. I live in Canada and with the exchange it is $159.00.
I don’t understand how the add said one thing and they bill you for a three month supply. I cancelled the order right away when I saw the total amount. I even cancelled my credit card so no further charges would go through. The next day first thing in the morning I wrote an email to hirelief support telling them I didn’t want the order anymore. I never received an acknowledgment so on Monday April 20th I sent a second email asking to cancel. Never heard from them, today April 23rd I received the package with 3 jars.
So now I will be charged for the next 2 orders which I never asked for. What ever happened to the mogul try it and if you are not satisfied you get your money back. Here is this company they just send you more without your consent. I would like to know where I can send the jars back and how to go about it please because I do not want it anymore.

They will not return my emails or answer the phone. The product did not work. I asked right away for a return table. They reply we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. I wrote over 6 emails still not reply. They even had the gall to send another order which I will return. I asked my the charged me so much they said well you really pay for 3 jars when you order buy 2 get one free. I tried to phone it never rings. So buyer beware. I think this is all a big fraud and they won't cancel you subscription.

On 04/26 I got an email from AGA stating that due to all the technical and computer difficulties they are refunding my full amount including the first purchase I really appreciate this and thank you. This cream seems really great but just didn’t work for me and my purposes to have bought this. Thank you AGA for working with me.

The customer service is the best I have ever received. I was very skeptical of the benefits, yet after using it on my feet this morning, I was surprised how the neuropathy eased up so quickly. I will try it again tonight before going to bed and hopefully will have a better sleep.

Be warned that the jars are much smaller than the jars in their ads. The ordering process is extremely long and painful. You have to sit thru 3 or 4 long videos trying to get you to order supplements and some foot vibrating thingy after you’ve started your order. At the top it tells you do not hit the back button or close the browser because you could be charged twice.
Today I received a notice that my order was being prepared and my bank was charged $200! I received my order in early April and have not placed a second order. I just got my first order so I don’t need anymore cream. I’ve emailed their customer service dept requesting a cancellation and refund. Waiting to see if I hear back. Will update if I do.

I sent my requested info to Aga on April 24 and still haven’t received a reply. I hope this isn’t going to be a long drawn out process. Will update this review if I ever hear anything from Aga.

Heard from Aga and they have offered a full refund or keep the products and get a 50% discount. It took awhile but is sounds like they are going to make it right. Will update again after I receive my products and refund.

There was a mix up on my part as to wanting a subscription or delivery only when I needed it. It was straightened out in a short time and I received my order shortly after. HiRelief is a great product for my need. I will order again, especially with the help I received from the people who work there.

Update on my issue it is going to be in my favor.

My problem has been going on since February when I cancelled my order when I found out that it was a subscription order. So I cancelled the order and subscription on the same day, and they offered a refund. Afterwards the order got sent to me anyway. So therefore I needed a return address in which sent an email, but no reply.
Thank you Aga for solving this for me to receive my refund.

Not happy with the company. They have assured me that they would refund me the full amount they have taken from my account. That has not happened. They said they sent me products that never arrived. They implied that if I did a positive review they would send me the refund but not until that happened. Also only asked for one product and was changed to subscription. Good luck!
All I want is a full refund and no further contact with this company!

When I first got this cream I was charged for 2 very small jars that doesn’t work for my husband. I want to get a refund for the jar that I have not opened and then I tried to call the customer support phone number because I was charged for another one, but it rings once and nothing as in nobody answers. I sent emails and they give me generic answers. I want my money back for 2 of these!!!!as in a refund for something I didn’t order and a refund for a jar I want to send back I haven’t opened !! Not excuses!!

I ordered the Total Relief Magnesium Cream on April 6, 2026. The company took my money, and I am yet to receive the product. I recently inquired about the order and received a canned email that the shipping timeline in the U.S. is 3-5 days. I’m still waiting. Now I have buyers remorse. I recommend that you look on Amazon for a similar product. This company has effective advertising, but if you want your product to arrive at a reasonable time, shop elsewhere!

This company is fraudulent and not to be trusted! They deduct more from your credit card than your order total, then fail to respond to requests to refund you the amount overcharged! Do not give them your credit card or bank account details, as this enables them to deduct whatever amount they like, then good luck with getting the excess funds returned! They are dishonest, disreputable and uncommunicative whenever it suits their purpose.

Several days after placing an order and not receiving any further information other than confirmation of order and my credit card charged, I reached out to support. They responded within the promised time frame and kept me informed on the inquiry. I received tracking numbers and the latest update. Agent was very responsive and helpful.

I purchased a bundle and misunderstood how the discount was applied, so I immediately contacted customer service and much to my pleasant surprise they responded very quickly. They said they understood how I could have had my perspective on how the discount was applied (this was in response to my explanation) and offered me another discount; however I stated that I wanted my original bundled purchase so in response, they gave me an extra discount on my original purchase and refunded the excess to my original form of payment. This was very satisfactory to me and now I’m waiting anxiously to receive my products so I can start using it. The customer service was very responsive and quick in responding.

T1 Diabetic here praying this cream might work. I've been on their website trying to place an order for over an hour. Each time i think I'm getting closer, another one of their videos pop up trying to get me to buy something else, telling me not to go back or refresh the screen or try to get past the current video or else I might be "double charged". I'm ready to cry.
Now remember, I've already given them my payment information so I'm stuck. This is the message under the third video I've had to watch that i can't get past:
"DO THIS FIRST: Please watch this important New Customer update in full right now. Your order will begin to process at the end of this video".
I'm so sad right now and exhausted. I just wanted to buy the cream and go back to sleep and now my blood sugar has dropped to 48 because I'm so stressed out listening to this blonde lady in the videos. Now she wants me to purchase a foot massager:(
