T1 Diabetic here praying this cream might work. I've been on their website trying to place an order for over an hour. Each time i think I'm getting closer, another one of their videos pop up trying to get me to buy something else, telling me not to go back or refresh the screen or try to get past the current video or else I might be "double charged". I'm ready to cry.
Now remember, I've already given them my payment information so I'm stuck. This is the message under the third video I've had to watch that i can't get past:
"DO THIS FIRST: Please watch this important New Customer update in full right now. Your order will begin to process at the end of this video".
I'm so sad right now and exhausted. I just wanted to buy the cream and go back to sleep and now my blood sugar has dropped to 48 because I'm so stressed out listening to this blonde lady in the videos. Now she wants me to purchase a foot massager:(

Beware
When I realised the product was from the US and charged in US dollars I immediately requested by email to cancel order. No response for two weeks. Offer then made to refund 20% in lieu of full refund. Nothing refunded. This company is unethical and I would avoid at all cost. The product is also available in Australia for $25. Not $84 Australian dollars from the US.

Great product, but the advertising is extremely misleading.
This cream is excellent. I have tried many essential oils and various creams for my neuropath. Nothing has helped as much as this cream.
It is a shame the advertising is VERY misleading ( dishonest ). All of the images in the ads would lead you to believe the jars are two or three times as big as they actually are.
Also, the purchase process is VERY Irritating. After four or five "but wait, for a limited time, you can also get...." and 18 minutes I was able to place my order.
I would be glad to buy this product again if the company wouldn't waste my time with the checkout process

DO NOT BUY from this company. Would give 0 stars if it was available. This company are the biggest bunch of "scammers!!"
The order i originally made turned into an order for 6 jars. They did not send my products and after 2 weeks, I demanded a refund of US$225 . They have said 3 times now that its been refunded. That's been 6 weeks now and NO refund!!!.

Unethical
We inadvertently set up a subscription. The website is designed so that a subscription is set up without you realising it. They sent email saying the next purchase was due to be processed and to contact them to manage the subscription. Email sent to cancel the subscription. Automated receipt received saying a response would be received within 24 to 48 hours but otherwise no response despite a further email sent to them. Have now been charged for the new purchase. Tried to phone but they don't answer.
