Simply brilliant! We had a fabulous time on our trip to Romania and it was so easy to book through my holiday guide. Kevin was absolutely amazing! I had lots of questions over various things and they were able to provide, prompt information in a friendly and reassuring manor.

Eric was absolutely amazing. He arranged all our travel requirement, even helping efficiently when flights got cancelled. The hotels that were chosen by Eric were amazing and very close to all amenities. The train transfers were lovely and very easy. Eric has allowed us to have a fantastic city break and we will be contacting him again for further trips

Very well organised by Eric, Fantastic Holiday and very well managed.

Robert made booking the holiday so simple and straightforward, checking multiple dates to find ones that suited us. The holiday ran like clockwork, the bus transfers from the airport in Reykjavik were very easy to understand and the hotel on offer was incredible - it was out of the city centre so it might not be for everyone but we made use of the local buses. The Northern Lights tour was fantastic, a very informative guide and they went out of their way to make sure we saw them.

I contacted the company to enquire about a trip and have been looked after by Eric. He's been so amazing at coming back to me with answers to all my questions. He has been brilliant and amazing customer service. I haven't booked yet but feel confident when I'm ready to book with Eric via my holiday guide

I booked a short break to Iceland for November 2025 with a few excursions. From the first message to enquiry Eric was so helpful , he answered all my questions & even sent me a map showing me where to get to a particular place.

Kevin swiftly responded to my enquiry saying he was putting together some itineraries for us to look at.
He then sent some great ones through.
He followed up with a polite text asking if we were interested.
As my daughter has just booked something entirely different we didn't use the information and I explained this.
I've kept Kevin's details for future use as he is not pushy, just really helpful.

It was an excellent experience, and thanks to Kevin. I received quick and well explained responses.The packages were excellent with affordable prices.

We booked a 4-day, 3-night Iceland tour through My Holiday Guide, and Robert was the one who helped make our trip truly memorable. Our flight went smoothly, and our stay at Center Hotels Klopp, conveniently located in the city center, was wonderful. The excursions we took were fantastic as well, and we’re especially grateful to Robert for assisting us in choosing the right ones. I bothered Kevin on a Sunday with my inquiry pertaining an 𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 for an unforgettable 06 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 through 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 . Kevin responded swiftly and professionally. Pretty soon, Kevin had supplied a detailed itinerary with details of FLIGHTS, HOTELS to all 3 cities(Kevin even included links to reviews of the hotels), including rail transfers between cities as well as transfers to and from the airport. All this at a very good rate per person.

I will certainly be making use of his services again.
