Used my holiday guide to book a family vacation to Disney land Paris there was lots of competition from various company’s i enquired with & my holiday guide offered a great quote & communication , for what we needed for our trip - everything ran smoothly & was enjoyed by all. PLEASE RE THINK BOOKING WITH MY HOLIDAY GUIDE! Flight, hotel and transfers all booked to disneyland paris! but once arriving there, there was no communication, we paid for fast track tickets but they weren't, we were told the wrong times for our transfer home and flight and again no communication when we tried to get in touch and now since being home they have refused to help us or communicate with us!
plus they give you a fake name when booking, we had "Ross Kemp" but he was some foreign guy with broken English!

Eric has been amazing at trying to find me and my wife a trip to Disneyland, although I am yet to book I will 100% be booking sometime next year, Eric has been quick to respond and even suggested dates to save us extra money.

Thanks and look forward to making a booking early next year.
