Worst company ever. It’s a SCAM. They steal your money and you will never receive the item. It took me 3 months to get my money back via paypal. They even lied to paypal saying that they posted my item, luckily, I had the evidence that they never did. Do not buy anything from this company! I reported them already so hopefully, more people report them, it’s a better chance that something is going to happen against them as they just steal people’s money.

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't rate any lower to write a review. Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered the cutlery set & haven't recieved it.
Rang the number they provide but it's not them was told it was a call me phone & that they had never heard of them & to report it as a scam. Trying to get my money back but as yet nothing.

I bought a set of stainless steel knives which have started to rust 3 months into use. I have tried to contact my home essentials but there doesn't seem to be anybody there it turns out the knives are cheap Chinese mild steel chrome plated and not the expensive Japanese folded stainless steel as advertised
Avoid buying anything from these as you will be disappointed

Bought a product over 2 weeks ago. Called the number on this site and their mobile and does not work. 2 different addresses as this site and theirs, they do not respond to emails, I have sent multiple and received only 1 saying so called product has been dispatched. But no tracking number and still no product. Now trying to fight for a refund with the bank, Absolute SCAM.

Despite a delay in delivery (and note that these knives come from Hong Kong), the customer service team escalated my enquiry quickly and with great communication from them (email seems to be the preferred channel). The knives arrived and they are a superb product - look great and are really well made and sharp. A great addition to my kitchen.

Such an easy processI hate doing these things generally? Just usually a ball ache!

Charged me twice then didn't have the decency to reply to any messages sent to resolve. Had to get PayPal to settle the issue. Shame as product is good

Over a month's wait for a delivery of a single set of knives. (a gift for a birthday, now passed)
Despite repeated emails from myself, I have had 1 reply telling me to be patient.
This doesn't seem to be a legitimate company at all. Their contact number is bogus and nobody seems to actually work there.
Avoid at all costs.

I have had lots of blenders most lasted under a year and could not cope with frozen fruit or ice, their blender cuts through them like they are butter and in no time at all. Smooth smoothies and perfect slushed cocktails. Easy cleaning function too. I honestly recommend this blender.

Don't order from here if you want a quick delivery. I ordered a set of knives for a friend's birthday two weeks ago and no sign of them. I have emailed them, but was just asked to be patient.

I placed an order on 4th April and still no date for delivery, I have emailed them and got an automated reply.
The phone numbers on the site don't work :(
The knives were over £83 and a present and the birthday has just gone.

I have just emailed them again but I'm finding this site frustrating and I will be asking for a refund.

My parcel arrived on the day I wrote this review and without no tracking advice. The knives do look lovely but haven't used them yet.
some useful communication would have helped in this situation.

I googled something and found you guys anyway the handles and blades looked great I put in my order they arrived really quick so I’m happy with that thank you

Excellent knives, brilliant workmanship , comfortable in the hand , pleasing to the eye.

This is a scam, I purchased a knife set which arrived after a month. And all the blades went rusty within the first week. Sub quality product. No response from the so called support email. They are scamming ppl. DON’T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

Came with very securely packed,no scratched and Very modern design.i have a oval white marble gloss pedestal dining table and they r perfectly matched.i love buying dinnerware id say nothing can beat porcelain as its fired two times at the highest temp and its the most durable of any dish. Not only for home use also good for cafe as at the table dinnerware is the first item that meets the diners eye.

Great product, those knives are seriously sharp. Even if Delivery was not the fastest but it was worth it.
