No had product yet over a week later. Had tracking number but when typed in there’s no recoverable information.

My things of £199.00 never arrived. And the customer service is rubbish !!!!’ I would give them a massive 0 if I could. Now I’m out of pocket by£199.00. Do not deal with them.

Supposed to be English , but items come from China, still waiting for my item to arrive,

I`d worst online shopping experience in my life with this company. They`re not responsible about order and order shipment and they are not helpful to figure it out problems.
There was no update about my order and I sent many emails about it, they didn`t reply. I phoned them 4 times, they didn`t transfer me to any of customer relationship stuff.
I did many complain following days and without any conversation with me, company blamed to shipment company after then my order came up suddenly like a surprise!(without any information).
If you want your order on time, you have to push them to have it or no chance..
I don`t recommend to do online shopping from this company.

MY ORDER WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED 2 WEEKS AGO...I EMAILED, CALLED AND NOTHING THEY KEEP TRYING TO TRANSFER ME TO SOME IMAGINARY TEAM TO HELP ME REFUND MY UNDELIVERED ORDER FROM CHINA.....SAID THEY WILL LET THEM KNOW ABOUT MY CONTACT DETAILS AND THAT IT IS URGENT...NO ONE HAS GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME...WASTED MY MONEY.....I THOUGHT YOU DELIVER FROM THE UK AS IT IS A UK URL WEBSITE....BUT NO... ALL ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED FROM CHINA....SO FAR AWAY.....TERRIBLE SERVICE...THE HELPDESK AGENTS CANT HELP FURTHER THEY ARE USELESS JUST TRANSFERING THE CALL...CANT EVEN LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR WHATEVER..........................DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND PATHETIC BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Knives and magnetic block.
Knives arrived in the time scheduled but the magnetic block took significantly longer as this was missing from the shipment.

Never received my correct order.
Was sent a bumbag instead of a dressing table.

Bought pair of knives. Excellent prompt service. Knives are the sharpest I have ever bought. Blades and handles are sturdy and well balanced. Happy to rate them five stars.

The products are really good but the website is really dodgy I ordered 3 set of knifes buy mistake. Only wanted 1 set of knifes. 3 lots of money were taking out my bank account anyway I got a refund and my knifes delivered.

Don’t bother with these. The are not Japanese knives and neither worth the money. I have bought better knives in the supermarket.The markings are etched on rather than folded steel which gives that unique look. After two washes two of my knives gave started showing rust stains

I recently bought 5 Japanese chef knives after watching an advert on how sharpe they were. I also bought a knife block to house these knives.
When my order was delivered, I never received the block and the knives were blunt. After many emails I was told to send them back, and to my disgust I would have to cover the cost. I’ve since had to have them professionally sharpened at more cost to me but I did receive my block 18 days after my purchase.
I would not buy from this company again nor would I recommend them

Love the item helps with my painting by number and thinking of getting one for my father in law later

To be honest, I was a little worried after I made my order as it was online and the reviews actually looked fake in hindsight. However, the knives arrived in about a week, super sharp and lovely to hold. Great buy.

Orders two items for a September 14th birthday present.
One item arrived ,the other three weeks later after several e mails.
To add insult to injury then had to pay £3.50 postage as no postage on the parcel from MHE.

I recieved my knife set which I love but am still awaiting the knife block I ordered at the same time.

I asked for a product which when delivered was not to my satisfaction. I sent an email to get the item returned and my money restored only to get no feedback.

I ordered a electric pruner on the1st July when it arrived was not compatible with uk sockets emailed them took days to answer said they would send an adapter, never arrived started a dispute with pay pal they asked me to send the item back to my home essentials for a full refund sent it tracked it arrived the next day 16th September did not hear anything pay pal say I did not upload tracking info which I know I did so I have lost £229 and £11 postage
