I have waited MONTHS for delivery of a cordless paint spray gun. After spending £80+ I was told that my order was being processed and that I would be contacted regarding delivery. No further response whatsoever from this atrocious company, they had achieved their goal ... being paid for a nonexistent product. They are virtually impossible to contact, and all complaints are dealt with by a 'bot' that issues dismissive stock replies to any questions. This is a barefaced SCAM, a FRAUD. The few 5 star reviews are FICTITIOUS. Do not, under any circumstances, part with your money for the virtual goods on offer.

A genuinely horrendous experience purchasing a blender on the 14th October 2021. It arrived on the 24th Feb 2022 hahaha. Absolutely 0 communication, numerous emails and phone calls attempted, to which we heard nothing back, it really was painful. Ordered a replacement from Currys, which turned up within a week, only to then have this one turn up a day later. Astonishingly bad service. Actually can't believe the blender arrived.

These people have cancelled my order and not refunded my money.

Found out three weeks after purchase that my item was out of stock when I emailed complaining that I hadn't had notification of shipment. No offer of an alternative, awaiting a refund.

Do not order from these people they will rip you off and not send out the goods also you cannot get in contact with them. I have now had to go through my bank to claim back the money. They are fraudsters DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Very poor customer service, am still waiting for my delivery placed two months ago. Now they have sent me the delivery tracker which again went to Finchley post office whereas I lived in completely opposite direction.
Worst experienced I have ever gone through.
Still awaiting to hear on my refund.

These guys are scammers. They don't answer calls. It's a dodgy number. Always use PayPal. They don't respond to any communication.

Asking for feed back bit even received but taken money

Well, the knives still haven't arrived, I have no updated tracking number, no updated information and no explanation for the non-delivery. Feels like I have been spammed. I am only responding to this as it's the second request for a review when you should know that you have not delivered.

The knives I purchased are of excellent quality. The balance between the handle and the blade is great. I love how the knives are made with layer after layer of steel. I am truly enjoying some quality knives in my kitchen!
I have been receiving many compliments on how beautiful they look in my kitchen on the magnetic stand.

This is my first time ordering from my home essentials and I’m so happy with my experience. I had high expectations and I’m not disappointed. The customer service is excellent and reliable.
I have been admiring these knives for well over a year, and finally decided to buy them.I bought the set of eight knives that come with the magnetic stand.
Immediately out of the gorgeous boxes they arrive in, I was thrilled that they are as beautiful in person as they are in the photos. I have been cooking with them for two weeks now, and realize I wasn’t even aware of how subpar my former knives were. These knives are so sharp and slice so fine, I use way less muscle than I used to! Everyone who has been to my home has noticed and admired them.
I will definitely be buying another set as a gift for my sister.

Great product could do with faster delivery

Terrible, bought a set of knives off them, one of the knives snapped clean off near the handle, I wouldn't mind but I was only cutting an onion.

Tried to contact them but phoneline went to a voicemail so I left a message, no response. I decided to email them and again no response. This was 6 weeks ago

Sold me a set of knives, didn't match the quality, upon complaining I have had no response. Avoid

Parcel never arrived an home essentials won't do anything or offer money back and ignore emails, be aware do not use

No order received after 17 days, tracking number doesn’t work, email reply keeps asking me to wait a couple of days for tracking!! 17 days is more then a couple of days... got through on phone twice(seperate days) speak to the same lady who says someone will call back... surprise surprise nobody calls back... starting to think I have been conned.
