This company responded immediately when a mistake was made in delivery and had the correct goods sent within a week. Prompt action and communication from the support team. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Thought I would write this review as there are a lot of company’s with similar names after ordering it did worry but after emailing them and receiving a response in less than 24hrs definitely made me feel better and as they pointed out they do not have any bad reviews and to check the website address myhomeessentials.co.uk. Ordered 8pc Japanese knifes and a sharpener and all arrived within a week, I was confused as I had tracking from dhl for the knifes but when they arrived the sharpener wasn’t there after another quick email they explained the sharpener was with Royal Mail and I would get it within 1-2days and the next day it did turn up (probably slight delay due to bank holiday). All in all couldn’t be happier and would use them again although it would be nice to receive a bit more information after ordering as It can always be nerve wracking ordering online from shops you don’t know.
