Worst dog toy ever, completely false advertising. My German Shepherd ripped it open in about 5 minutes. Total waste of money. Complained and asked for money back. Still waiting for a response. Utter shit product, don’t buy!!

What a terrible company to deal with! I ordered a window squeegee kit 9 days ago and it has been in Wuhan, China ever since. It will probably be snowing by the time this item arrives, if it ever does. Stay away from this company!!!

They advertised the window squeegee at $28.95 + shipping $5.99 Total $34.94. I pressed paid but $65.39 was taken from my credit card. The product certainly is not worth $65.39. I disputed the charge and their response was that even though they advertised the product in Australian dollars it had to be paid in American dollars. An extra $30.45 AUD. They did not reveal the true USD cost of the product in their ad. Thinking the cost was $34.94 I pressed "Pay" but then $65.39 came out of my card. Very deceptive business practices and very deceptive when dealing with them for a refund. If you buy anything from mylifehaven be aware that you are likely to pay more than the price shown on their ad.

Ridiculous wait time for an item that I haven't received. I have asked numerous times for a full refund and continue to get a run around. Time to get an attorney involved to stop scams like this from happening to all those involved.

Zero scammers

I ordered in March. First it was lost and then they were placing it. It is almost July and nothing but advertisements. I have been scammed. They do not deserve any stars. Do not buy from this company

I wish that I would of read. These reviews before I order the bear, It has been almost a month since I order the bear and by the sounds of it I just throw my money away. on this Scam.

First I was going to receive a replacement fine no problem. Then they couldn’t send a replacement because toy was being updated. They offered 30% instead of 100% guarantee as advertised. I refused so haven’t heard back. Just sent another email stating I wanted a total refund. Why is toy still being sold???

I bought this thinking why not, let's put them to the test. It arrived in a bag, not a box like advertised and that should have been my first warning. My dog was so excited to get her toy. She carried it around and wouldn't let anyone take it. Her toys usually last 30mins. This one lasted longer, but only 24hrs. I contacted CS and their first response was we are sorry this happened. I wrote back I thought if there was an issue a replacement or refund was next. I sent pictures of the totally shredded toy and the dog who did it, a chihuahua. Next they offered me 30% refund and they would let me keep the toy. Wow, a useless and now dangerous toy they would let me keep. When I pointed out their website says 100% money back guarantee they responded with an offer of 50%, I emailed again about the guarantee. It took more emails and the final straw of saying I had contacted my bank in regards to this. Not only is the product not what it claims, they were not going to honor their guarantee, and then I discovered they did not charge me the amount that was on my receipt so now there is fraud involved. Save yourself time and money, don't buy from this company.

The promised "can't be destroyed" dog toy was destroyed in 10 minutes. They offer a 30Percent refund and after 10 emails with pictures I have received nothing. Crooks.

Terrible company. Do not order from them. Orders are not traceable and as of today, it has been 70 days since I placed my order and nothing. The order was placed before the tariffs were put in place. I am hoping for a refund but I won’t hold my breath.

The unbreakable bear is a scam, my dogs had them torn open within 5 minutes of receipt. I sent pictures and received a response of a 30% refund. I pushed and they went up to 70%, but I refused because this was supposed to be guaranteed. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they tried the same scam. I'm waiting on a final update but I'm not convinced it will work. Do not buy from this scam company.

My Bishon a year and a half old chewed a hole in the unbreakable bear within an hour and a half. I sent pictures as requested and have not heard anything response. What would you do?

Like all of the others, this is definitely NOT indestructible! My dog had 3 of them torn apart in less than 5 minutes after giving them to him. They didn't just have a limb or something pulled off, they were completely destroyed . I had waited moths to receive them and was so disappointed after seeing how quickly they were destroyed. I have bought dog toys at Walmart for a lot less cost and they lasted weeks longer than these bears. I don't recommend them unless you want to throw your money away and have a disappointed fur baby when they had a toy for only a minute. If you love your dog, please either don't buy this for them, or buy a better toy to give them after this one is destroyed in just a minute or two. A very unhappy birthday for my sweet pup. They offered 30% refund and I told them I wanted 100%. They responded with a 50% refund or I could send the damaged bears back and get 100%. Looking up the shipping cost it was 50% of what I paid, so I took the 50% and just threw the bears away.

Scammed on the unbreak-bear dog toy. The company scammed me on the shipping charge and was non responsive to my attempt to cancel the order. Once the order arrived it was clear the product did not match website description in color or quality or material materials used. The email provided by PayPal for the seller is not active and they are unreachable

I would give a zero if it's possible. The order came a months after ordering. And, they where BROKEN when they arrived. I took pictures and contacted there customer service. What a disappointment, what a hassle, what a LIE!!! Still haven't received a refund! DO NOT ORDER!

I purchased the "indestructible" bear for my 14 pound Jack Russel. He has the face and ears chewed off in 5 minutes. The company promises 100% satisfaction. I emailed them a photo of the destroyed bear. They offered me a 30% refund. To get the 100% refund, they make you mail the toy back to them in Wuhan, China.

BUYER BEWARE! Un-break-a-bear... Or whatever it was. Promised to be indestructible even for large breeds. Pictures showed full sized labradors and shepards playing with it. My dog is 92 lbs and still smaller than labs and shepards. Maybe for Chihuahua's or medium poodles yes, but don't falsely advertise large breeds playing with the toy and it holding up. Within the hour the toy became worse and worse. Tried to get a refund and they tried to negotiate discounts with me for three emails in a row. Then it is my responsibility to pay for their problem to be shipped back to them in order to receive my full refund so actually you're not getting a full refund because the cost to ship back is a loss and was not offered within the three negotiating tactics. At that point I gave up and came straight here. Not worth the $30 this thing cost. You'll wait until it comes from China in about two weeks bunched up like a gym sock in a male strippers thong. Not indestructible but very destructible actually and it threads incredibly! Yes, you will have dark blue textile threads throughout your house when, not if but, when this toy rips apart. Still Unsatisfied (Contrary to the guarantee)!

The unbreakable bear is breakable. My dog ripped it apart in less than 5 minutes and the squeaker was out. The shipping took about a month as well. Don't waste your money on it.
