I bought 2 dog chew toys for my dog and a friends ,it was billed as chew proof. My jack russel had it torn to shreds in a hour of arrival ,it took forever to get here ,I was bombarded with notifications that I needed to complete my order tho payment cleared . And when I tried to apply for there warranty I found it impossible to reach them . I would not recommend this product or this vender .so much for truth in advertising.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Same complaint. Took my money and never delivered product. Tracking service doesn’t work. I can’t believe state ags aren’t investigating this business.

The indestructible dog chew toy is a joke. It lasted 12 minutes. I emailed customer service x3 with no response to start my money back guarantee . What a joke. I don’t think they deserve even 1 star and need to be shut down for fraud.

Very disappointed

I placed an order for the destructible bear. About 6 weeks later the tracking said it arrived. It did not. About 4 weeks after that it was in my mailbox ? Not sure if a neighbor had it or where it was. My dog is a shredder. He loved it but destroyed it in about 10 minutes.

First took forever for the toy to arrive. False advertising as Bowie had the face and one hand off the bear in under a hour. Then they would only refund 30%. I had purchased 2 bears and they only refunded for one. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews as well. My dog tore up the bear within 30 minutes. They offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Not going to be buying from them again!

If I could rate this zero I would. It took over 6 weeks to get my unbreakable bear and my little 10 lb rat terrier had it destroyed in less than 5 minutes. I emailed them as their site states 100% money back guarantee but I don’t expect much.

Toys are crap, within 30 minutes my dogs destroyed these toys. Don't waste your money. I have pictures for proof.

I can't believe someone actually gave this company 2 stars. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I placed my order on March 6. On March 28, it arrived in my state but I was informed that it would not be delivered because the postage was not paid! I contacted customer service and after a few emails and 10 days, they finally created a new order. It's now April 16 and the tracking information cannot be found. I am contacting my credit card company to decline charges.
Update: they must have someone scanning reviews because the day after I posted this, my order was cancelled. This was before I even had the chance to dispute the charges. Shady AF.

If I could leave no stars....NOT good & it's RIDICULOUS to charge everyone without advertising the additional costs. The items/ toys are CRAP...5 minutes or less...I have pictures for proof. I sent them my refund request...30% refund "NO"...50% refund "NO"...then you have to return the items to China...NOT going to happen...WHY? So they can claim that they didn't get it. DON'T WASTE MONEY OR ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCTS.

Would leave a zero for mylife haven if I could. My dogs have had the three bears I’ve waited weeks for for 15 minutes and they are trashed. What garbage! Don’t order their garbage!

I’d put a zero stars if possible! They overcharged me, said they would refund difference but never did. Took forever for the bear to arrive (from Hong Kong) and it fell apart within a week. A piece of junk. Cheaply made. Tried to leave a review on site, it said it was submitted - never appeared. So makes me think it’s 5 star reviews are bogus. Don’t buy from.
UPDATE: last two emails to customer service were returned to me as undeliverable.

Was charged for two items instead of one, received a minor refund for one.
But I never received my merchandise!! I thought I was safe using PayPal, but because of the refund they closed the case.
I would never order from the company again, nor trust PayPal with any purchases.

As others have said, the “Unbreak-a-bear” is anything but. I had high hopes and after month after ordering finally received the order. My pups destroyed them in hours. After reaching out to them and sending pictures of the damaged bears they offered a 30% reimbursement. After telling them that was not acceptable they offered 50%. The only way to receive a full refund would be to return the items to them in Wuhan China. Would not buy anything from them again and have blocked their emails.

Do not waste your money on these bears. For them to be indestructible is a laugh. It took less than 3 minutes for my smallest dog to destroy it completely. Nothing left but a few body parts and fluff. I bought 5. They are all gone in less than two hours time. So that’s close to 80.00 dollars for 2 hours of rough play.

This experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. First I made a purchase of $25.98 total but my credit card was charged $32.47. Luckily I used PayPal who got the difference back to me promptly. Next shipping. OMG! It took 7 1/2 weeks to receive item. Lastly, the product did not live up to its description and was trashed within a day. Never again. Please BEWARE!

I made the HUGE mistake of ordering directly from the company (located in China). I agreed to pay a certain amount for the toy + shipping, but I was charged an additional $9.99 that was not disclosed ahead of time. After multiple emails back and forth, they did refund this difference. But now, according to shipping information, the toy is stuck somewhere at LAX, waiting for me to pick it up?! I live in Oregon! Also, based on Amazon reviews--which I unfortunately only read after the fact--if I ever receive this toy, my dog will most likely destroy it within five minutes.
Perform your due diligence, read reviews, and DO NOT ORDER from this company.

This company can only improve if they STOP MAKING CLAIMS THAT ARE NOT TRUE. The bear they claim is indestructible is a total lie. One minute was all it took to tear up this toy! All those 5 star reviews they claim must be fake. They certainly aren't a pet store. Pull up all products they carry. ITS MAKEUP not pet products. 100 per cent refund? That's also a lie. Item must be unused and resalable, REALLY? That's impossible with the so called indestructible bear toy! How can they get away with this? It's fraud!
