I was supposed to get a refund of $14 but never got it. Also the bear order never came! I was over charged and can’t track the shipment. This site is a scam! I see others having the same problem. Live and learn! I’ll keep bugging them until they refund me.

Wish I had read these first. They got my money and I never got the bear. They suck.

I can't give this company less than a 1 star....or I would. We were on a game, and this was an ad....for $20 we were like we'll see if our dog could destroy it. Then it was $3.99 in shipping protection and another $4.99 in shipping - we were like NOPE and backed out of the order BEFORE processing for payment. They took it anyway! $37.46 - ($3.99 shipping protection, $19.47 Shipping then took off $7.48 for discount, $1.49 for insurance). OMG What a rip off!

I was surprised by shipping fees not shown on my receipt. I used the email address provided by paypal from the company that charged me and they responded. Twice they offered to reduce the charge, but I was unwilling as I felt the company could not be trusted since they charged more than my receipt. They cancelled the order and refunded my money.

I ordered one bear, knowing it could be destroyed by my dog in an hour. The company decided I ordered two and charged me for the one bear and then for two bears with $17 in shipping charges. I have asked for a refund and they refunded $14, on the first order. I think this company is a rip off on their ordering.

I bought a teddy bear for my dog and he tore the squeezer out in 5 minutes! I have reached out to mylifehaven numerous times and have received no reply. I even sent them a picture!

Ordered dog toys, came to 59.00 free shipping. They sent a cancellation to my email AFTER they charged 71.94 to my card! Complete Fraud. They also made the charge under a different name Brightstar Enterprise. I've notified the bank, am going to the attorney general and the BBB. I'm not stopping there either. This is becoming all to common.

I've had to get a new card 5 times in less than a year!

I was browsing and looked at the dog toy then they automatically charged my PayPal with 2 charged. Tried to cancel immediately but no response. I was charged for international transport fees and insurance, which did not show on my original order. Trying to cancel and cannot reach anyone. Scam, fraud.

This company is a fraudulent company. They are nothing but scammers just like everything else on Facebook. Order balls for our dog and have not received them. Tracking shows they have been at lax for over a week. I work for a company that has warehouses outside of the US it does not take a week to clear customs. BYER BE WHARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MERCHANDISE OR BE REFUNDED

This site is a scam. Do not use. I watched my package tracking and delivery to the west coast to an address that is not mine in the Midwest. They refused to refund my money stating the package was still “in transit” and couldn’t be refunded after the order was shipped. I tried to argue that it was clearly delivered to a wrong address and they still refused to do anything but give a 15% discount on another order. Beware. I purchased my items based on the advertisement on Etsy. Don’t waste your money!

Placed an order for dog balls on 1/13/2025. I received notice from them that my order had been processed (without showing what i had ordered) and they took my payment. I never received any other notice or a copy of my order.
I finally received my order, but there were only 2 balls. I had ordered 3. I have again requested they contact me for the short order and a copy of my order. I have never ordered something on the internet where you cannot see WHAT you ordered. Beware of possible scam.

Asked them to cancel an order before sending. They offered a minor discount to keep but I declined. Now their email address is not reachable and non existent suggesting a scam site. Beware.
