I wish I could give a negative star review!

I gave this so-called Unbreak-bear to my girlfriend's guide dog who is a 2 year old black lab thinking that it will last forever, less than 5 minutes the ear was bitten off so I had to take it away from him and he loved it. Like others on here the order took about a month to arrive ( probably from China ) after I emailed them saying I never received it. The ad shows it being in a box and when I got it, it was wrapped up into a ball. I thought the bear would be bigger and I thought it said it had 3 squeakers in it too, it only had 1 and that hardly squeaked. If don't get a refund my next step is the BBB. Wish I wouldn't have bought it on impulse and checked here 1st. Next time before I buy anything, I'm doing my research! Live and learn!

I’m with everyone else. My dog tore it up in just a few hours. She is a chewer and destroys everything but Tuff toys. I only ordered one and they charged me for 2 but at least I received 2. This is a total SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I complained but from other reviews don’t expect anything.

This company makes claims that their bear toy is virtually indestructible. It shows 5-star reviews which must be fake. I have a medium sized dog that is very gentle and an angel, she destroyed the unbreakable bear in less than 10 minutes. The order took over a month to arrive after constant emails from myself. The ad shows the toy and a box that presumably it is supposed to be packed in, mine arrived in a bag rolled up in a ball, probably a returned item. They were very slow to reply and now that I have complained they are not answering at all. They promise if you are not happy, they will refund your money. I'm not holding my breath on that one

The company finally answered my emails and offered me a 30% refund, I asked why only 30%, they then replied and offered me 50% and said if they offer more they would need the toys returned, I told them, good luck, the first one was shredded in 10 minutes and the second one is mostly in my dog or in her poop.

Do not buy anything from this company, they are liars and cheats

Worst company. Everyone STAY AWAY. It’s a scam. They charged my card, been over a month, still no bear. Everything everyone else said is true. Unable to track, etc. should have read reviews first. I learned my lesson.

In less than 24 hours from receiving the “tough” dog toy, my dog had it ripped to shreds. She is not a large dog either. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO REFUND FOR THIS “INDESTRUCTIBLE “ TOY THAT IS GARBAGE. PLUS THEY CHARGED EXTRA SHIPPING FEE NOT DISCLOSED.
THEY OFFERED PARTIAL REFUND FOR SHIPPING WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED AND WHEN I TRIED TO EMAIL THEM BACK ABOUT THIS, THE EMAIL CAME BACK UNDELIVERABLE.

BAD BAD COMPANY

This has to be the most inept company around. Not only did it take 37 days for my order to arrive, an alleged indestructible dog toy, but my dog had it shredded completely in 15 minutes. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

Still have not received my order after a month and numerous emails

There was a duplicate order which they credited me for but when I received my charge card statement they charged me twice and only received the one credit

Found the same bear on Amazon!!!! Should have used Amazon

This is a garbage site/company, do not buy from them unless you want to never receive your order and fight for a refund.

This "company" sells a toy bear that you can buy on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. To track your shipment - they want you to install a 3rd party app. Nope. It's been 2 weeks - still no shipment. They charged more that the receipt. Emailed support for a refund and they kept offering a partial "discount". Still - no shipment and no refund. Will report this as a fraudulent charge. STAY AWAY! That's what I get for impulsively clicking on an in-game ad. I knew better.

The worst company to deal with! Do not buy anything from them because it takes forever to get it and then impossible to get your money back. They offer you BS partial refunds although it states on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Stay away from this trash and buy from a company that appreciates their customers!

Bad News Bear!
You should have a minus for review! Such excessive misuse by a company should be illegal! I kept getting notice that my order was not complete. Charged twice for the Bear and once for “upsell”???

It looks like I got screwed as well. I've been waiting weeks for a bear I paid 30.00 for only to fid out amazon sells for 10.00. I should have read the reviews about this company instead impulsively hitting the buy button. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I really should give this a minus 10. After waiting and watching tracking for a month, item finally ended up in NY. I thought I would have it in a day. Nope, not to be, now says “postage due item will not be delivered”. So this company is a total rip-off. Looks like they made a bit of money by not actually delivering item.
So, I actually, finally received this toy! My dog tore it apart in less than 15 minutes. So much for indestructible!!!

They advertise their bear as "Unbreakable" for "tough chewers", it is not. Also, their order website tricked me into a second bear so now I have two trash bears. I gave one to my dog and the second one to a friend puppy, both dogs had them tore apart in less than 10 minutes. I sent an email requesting a refund based on their "100% Guarantee" as shown on the advertisement, but have not received any response at. What I do get is multiple emails everyday wanting me to buy more products from them. DO NOT BUY anything from this website, they are not a trustworthy business.

Ordered 1 bear, they sent 2. I did get the sale price for the second bear but had to pay additional postage when the package arrived. Bear lasted less than a day before it was turned into a pile of stuffing.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered one, was charged for two. Asked to fix the problem they did not. Took forever to get. Dog destroyed in less than 15 minutes. Have asked for full refund- have heard nothing- crickets.

I was just looking and did not complete the order. Somehow they charged me anyway and charged more than the invoice stated. They do not respond to emails. This company is a scam. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully I will get my money back.

I ordered an unbreakable bear for my dog and I still have not received it. They charged my card more than what my order showed, and I e-mailed them and they said they would charge my card the correct amount, they still have not done that and I still have not gotten my item. The tracking shows that it is CA at LAX waiting for pickup!!! WTF??? I LIVE IN GA. I am going to contact my bank to do a chargeback!!!

Scam! Dog toy cost $19.99 BUT after I paid I realized my bill was $32.75!!! Why ? They charge an $11.50 “handling “ charge!! Total BS. Than I immediately tried calling to cancel no answer so I sent an email and lo and behold next day I see your order is coming?? Nope sent dispute through PayPal.
