My experience with this company has…Horrible

My experience with this company has been horrible order on shipment only and they have been charging my card every other month. When I noticed the charges in March I called was able to speak to a live person and they said it would be canceled. As of May 27, 2026 there at it again charging my card and I never authorized or signed up for repeat order. When I reached out A1 answered keep me on hold for 25 mins then phone dropped. I tried several times calling with same result before finding an email address. After emailing them I was emailed back by A1 yet again no live person this time. I was force to contact my bank and report fraud, what a hassle. So I would not recommend this copy due to the lack of integrity and honest when it comes to selling this product.

My affected toes.

My experience with this lunavia pen is wonderful. Never had a anti fungal that was so easy to use. The pen is a very simple application. This product is the best l have used in 25 years and it shows. Only been on this for about 5 weeks and it shows.

Got my pens several weeks ago

Got my pens several weeks ago. Had been using a traditional lacquer prescribed by my dermatologist—with no results thus far. The pen is much easier to use and I am doing it 2x daily in hopes
of positive results. Nice that the folks at Lunavia check up on me!!

This has been the ONLY thing to work

This has been the only thing to work on my toenail fungus I have been plagued with since childhood. I’ve been hiding my toes for as long as I can remember. When all my friends would want to go get a pedi, I would have to decline or lie about being busy. It’s been so amazing to finally see this stuff get off my feet!

I have had toenail fungus 25+ years and I ordered 3 pens and started seeing improvement in a matter of a week and using it consistently I am seeing improvement I see my nail color changing at the base and new growth but slow which is understandable seeing that o have had it for 25+ years I am really happy with the progression it is taking I just ordered 6 more pens consistent application is a must I am so happy to see this is the only product that has ever worked for me!

Dylan was very helpful and listened to…

Dylan was very helpful and listened to my concerns. So far the product seems to be working. I canceled my subscription only because I have 3 pens left. I'd like to give it more time to show even more improvement. I like to be in control of my purchases and not have them sent automatically.
