My experience with the customer support was Good as well as Bad
My experience with the customer support over the Live chat was really great, had a conversation with Aran. H e clarified all my queries. On the other hand, the experience over email conversation was worst, received the wrong information about the order being canceled..., through Ben.

Excellent customer service.
Ordered my first ever protein bag from MyProtein which arrived with a tear in it. It happens.
Contacted customer service on Twitter with pictures of the tear, and they got back to me within 24 hours offering either a replacement or a refund. They were apologetic and responded swiftly, and solved the problem swiftly.
Big thanks to Sam, Daniel and Ellie M who helped me sort my issue out.

Been using this company for over 5…
Been using this company for over 5 years now. I have been using their omega 3 and whey protein. Best company all over the world and even labdoor lists them in top rankings for quality. Never looked at any other company once I fount my protein.
