Problem Solved!

We had some issues with our landlord getting our review in correctly. He kept getting error messages. Customer Service was very helpful in resetting the request and finally entering the landlord's review. Because of their help, I was able to get a viewing for a property I was very interested in.

reassurance

I had problems accessing my own documents , nothing to do with your company, plus a few questions about security of sending in documents. The assistant was reassuring and helpful.I also had a call later to check k if I was all sorted or needed any more help.
