wrong item, and shocking customer service
I ordered a replacement power supply charger from them, item received in good time, however the wrong item was received, you can only contact them through the support site, had a reply to my first email, i replied, then nothing, so had to go else where, shocking customer service will not use again.

I thought it was a scam website because I hadn't received anything since May but my order just came in..I am sooooo happy because it's the right item and I feel very bad for leaving a bad review before. brilliant company
Amazing company. Great products but most of all fantastic customer service. They kept me fully up to date with my order and delivery, and also sent an email shortly after to make sure I had everything I needed, if I had any issues they assured they would be able to help with no hassle, a very personal company and I would absolutely re order from them and recommend to others, I strongly dissagree with the negative reviews on Myvolts

Excellent customer service, even if I did not manage to get my order because of territorial and warehouse issues. Anyway, I found an alternative way to get the products. Those comments down-below are mean and hysteric.
SONY BLUETOOTH SPEAKER ADAPTOR
Ordered a replacement charger for a Sony speaker which was sent fairly quickly but unfortunately is either faulty or they sent the wrong one. Despite numerous emails and Facebook messages they have not resolved this issue. Really bad customer service and I would definitely not recommend this company

Received no confirmation email, no shipping advise and get no response from the “helpline” team. Very worrying that I’ve just lost/wasted money as I paid for extra for fast delivery...
Faulty item, no customer service.
Ordered an adapter, which when it finally arrived did not work. The cover is also separating from the base, so it is probably dangerous as well. They have not replied to two emails & I refuse to use a premium rate number. Despite some of the (few) good reviews I do not think they are a reputable company.

Looking for a plug/adaptor for a very old (prob 25/30 years old) keyboard, MyVolts came up trumps, very reasonable price, very speedy delivery and it works - perfect. Communication was good too.

I've emailed multiple times and have not gotten any answer or responses from them for any tracking information. today is the last day these cables can come in. so let's hope they do. If not i am going to request a refund.

I found this company excellent.I ordered an adapter on Monday 2nd and had my order delivered on Wednesday 4th. They also emailed me three times with updates on my order. They were very professional and very friendly. I would say my experience with MyVolt was absolutely positive and I will definitely be using them again.

it has to be charged at 13.5v minimum but they sent charger which is only 12.4v max

Where is my cable
I ordered a cable for my mixer on June 13th and even today, after paying, I received nothing. customer service is really bad I requested to receive either the ordered cable or the refund of the money spent as soon as possible but nobody answers the questions I sent. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company because they take the money and do not send you anything

Having made 5 calls this morning for customer support I am still awaiting a reply, but after leaving several phone numbers e-mail address, no contact except leave a message.
My in stock order was supposed to be received 18/06/19 instead the e-mail I received stated 20th to 24th, hence the calls and e-mails to sort this out. The site says it will be sent out the same dame if ordered before 1pm. I ordered at 8-13am 3 hours later I am still wauting for some response. 4 calls at a cost of ??? 3 e-mails 2 on site messages, really bad at communication and a fee from the telephone company for each call WE make, good business men but bad business ???? Try somewhere else if possible.
