Customer care & contact are a big worry!
I haven't received my order yet. And having not received a confirmation email i decided to investigate why...turns out they don't reply until they they have item confirmed ready to ship... however when you buy they are in stock... hmmm.... so i emailed from there site link to see what is going on.. You get no reply of any kind not even a auto reply. So who knows if i will get what purchased at this stage i certainly don't have a clue... and the customer service telephone number will cost you... not liking the site and big lack of help with contact/confirmation. So far by this experience . I would look at other sites to make a purchase .

Great product, great service!
Got a used drum machine from guitar center but did not receive a cord, guitar center didn’t have one, and it took over a week to hear from the manufacturer of the machine. Myvolts service surpassed my expectations, the cord itself is very high quality and works great with the machine, the shipping from the UK to the US took less time than to get a call back from the manufacturer. Will use Myvolts for all my power needs in the future!

Replacing a faulty radio transformer
I worked with the team to try and fix an issue I was having with a Roberts radio, the transformer broke and i couldn't get one from the manufacturer. I contacted them and we engaged in a series of mails where they were able to help me identify the unit i needed and source me a replacement with the correct attachment. They were excellent to deal with in terms of supporting me and the service i got from them. A pleasure to deal with!!!
Poor communication
Ordered an adapter for a 12 volt radio which didn't work correctly.
Four emails over a four week period were ignored and their contact telephone number just refers you back to an email address to which they do not reply.
A very poor company to deal with indeed.
Old LaCie drive powering up again!
I had an ancient LaCie drive with photos on it sitting in a drawer, but lost the plug in a house move, and wasn't sure I'd be able to get a replacement, as it was so old.
Found what I needed on the MyVolts site using the model number. The order came quickly and I'm up and running again, was able to get the old photos off it. Service was fine, happy to have found the site.
Korg Volca splitters
I got one of the myVolts Korg Volca splitters, and a PSU to go with it, for powering 3 of the volcas off one plug. It's was inexpensive but robust, and does the job great. I was happy with the service and delivery, and they seem to know their stuff. Will buy again.
Nonexistent Customer Service
You MUST know exactly what you need and HOPE they ship the correct item, or ship at all. If you have any issues whatsoever, customer service is NONEXISTENT despite their claims to the contrary on website and order confirmation emails. I ordered the incorrect item, then reordered what I am hoping is the correct one, assuming like any good company they would return emails regarding return and refund of the incorrect item. Silly me believed their claims that they are "here to help."
2 prong plug .. suitable for Outer Mongolia .. not the uk
Got a plug for my fast track ultra with just 2 prongs .. not designed for Uk sockets . Telephone options ... all of them have the same message ... go to the website ... at the website the return link goes to a defunct site. My experience has been very poor .. hope this helps someone else ... oh .. anyone want a completely useless plug ? They did eventually come back and replace .. e mailed and phoned .. ok mistakes happen and they put it right ..
Updated Review From Negative to Possitive.
After being a little slow getting out my initial order, and receiving what I thought was an incompatable power supply twice, the fantastic costumer service team dug a little deeper and realised that it was not the wrong power supply but a different model than I thought I had. And even though the power supply not working was essentially down to me, MyVolts refunded my postage fee and then what I’d actually paid for the item, after sorting out the correct plug! Great customers service, delivery needs work.
Slow delivery - wrong adaptor - non existent customer services - avoid!
Same day delivery was six day delivery- sent wrong adaptations & wrong extension - no reply to my emails or phone calls - avoid
Bought a Korg volca power splitter
Bought a Korg volca power splitter, only to discover upon receiving it that it does not fit the original volca power supply. No reply from the customer support, terrible experience.
UPDATE 10-05-2017: it took quite a while but I did get a reply from support and they were kind enough to send a fitting power supply free of charge. So I have to say the service was actually quite good, albeit a bit slow.
Very reliable
Power supply company, and they know their products. If you ask a question you get a reply, within a few minutes, tailored very well to subject, and if they want more information they ask. Delivery was even faster and their products work efficiently. Solid place.
