Terrible experience!
A similar experience to the reviewer below. Ordered wool, but nothing turned up. Emailed on three occasions, no reply, phoned to be told order would be sent in the next few days. It didn't turn up and then when I phoned again they couldn't be sure it had actually be sent. I asked for a refund which they agreed to, but it was never received. I had to put a claim in with PayPal to get my money back. Buyer beware!

Also known as RKM wools - extremely poor service. Placed an order on 31/10/20. Nothing received by 20/11/20. Emailed - no response. Tried phoning just rang out 10 times. Emailed again and got a response which made excuses and quoted their ridiculous delivery info from web page. Told it was dispatched on 12/11 but still not received by 20/11 so emailed again to enquire and said if it wasn’t received I would expect a refund - email received to say refund had been processed but no apology or explanation! NEVER USING THIS COMPANY OR SISTER COMPANY AGAIN - appalling service.

2.5 weeks for order to arrive....
Took 2.5 weeks for my order to arrive only to be wrong, then was fobbed off with it's the correct colour just banded with the wrong code number by the manufacturer (doesn't match existing correct colour coded yarn).
Poor customer service, avoid as I will never use them again.

I ordered wool on 17th June and am still awaiting delivery. I have emailed the company twice to ask what has happened to my order, but have had no response. Very poor service - won't be using this company again

Great service and yarn selection
I have ordered with My Wool Shop multiple times and they have always been quick and prompt with sending my orders.
They have an array of yarns and have even managed to find me a discontinued yarn that I needed to complete a project.
