It’s a shame I can’t give this company zero. Sadly, my experience is the same as the other reviews. I ordered wool on 23/10/24, had an email to say waiting for collection by a courier and nothing since including no responses to contacts made. Very angry and will now take steps to claim money back.

I ordered wool on 17 October and never received it and now seems this company was closed permanently so not able to find a way to get a refund.

Ordered yarn which I never received. Experienced everything that other contributors have and I’m totally fed up. My order was for a small amount but I’m still going to fight on for a refund. Shame on these people!
Do not order
Like others here, I placed an order, thinking that the stock levels shown were live. I chased after hearing nothing for 3 weeks and was advised that stock levels advertised were not a true representation and stocks were due. After sending 4 further emails with no response I heard nothing else which has led me to this site. Thankfully my money losses are small, but I will go through the proper channels to reclaim.

I tracked them down in the Darwin Shopping Centre, Shrewsbury and although I asked for a phone number I was only given an email address. No communication from them but my order has finally been delivered! The packing slip is dated 26/09/2024 so my order was prepared and packed, just not posted.
I placed an order 15th September, had confirmation followed by a Parcel 2Go notification that my order was awaiting collection. I have not received my order. I have tried phoning but the number is not recognised. They are trading as RKM Wools.

I placed my order over 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times and have received only one response which stated that the wall that I ordered was not in stock and the stock would be received that day and they would send it out to me. I'm still waiting. I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is atrocious and I should be claiming the money back via my bank. Avoid at all costs

Am now sure this is a scam, order placed 12th August, no replies since an email apologizing for delay and excuses, no wool. If not a scam why no contact? Would not give any stars if option was there, avoid them, they should be ashamed of themselves, but bet they're laughing all the way to the bank, avoid them.

I really wish I'd come to trust pilot before ordering. Ordered back in May, only received part of my order (after chasing them up) All false promises about the remaining part of my order, asked for a refund, now not replying so no yarn and no money!

Please do not use this company for buying yarn. There is no communication whatsoever! I have raised a paypal claim to get my money back which i have now recieved and my case is now closed. Its such a shame as I always try to use small businesses! But this one is a joke!
