VERY FISHY COMPANY
It's been 14 days now and I am yet to receive my swap or even a refund to say the least. I made a swap for over 72k for btc since the 30th of October and these people have been trading with my funds because there's no better way to explain it if you can't process my swap why not refund the money. BTC has been surging by the day and I am losing while my money is making profit for n.exchange. This is totally unfair.

Performed swap on the exodus platform. The funds have been blocked and have not been returned for a month! He provided all the requested documents and even more. They answer once a week and ask you to wait longer. I intend to go to court! I insist on returning my bitcoin!

AML verification has been delayed for two months
I tried to make an exchange in my Exodus wallet. I received a requirement to go through extended KYC verification. Repeatedly provided all required documents and photos. The provider currently has ALL the required information and verifications, but I have not received ANY information for over 10 days.
Delaying the processing time to hold my cryptocurrency. The support people ask the same thing several times, I have to send them the information twice or three times.
upd: Supports are ignoring my messages and ask me to wait! The exchanger withholds my money for his own benefit
upd 2: It's been 6 days since support ignored me, no updates.

I was very frustrated when I saw that more than 100K were on hold///
I use the Exodus wallet for 5 years and do all swaps within the wallet.
On 7-th of September 2024 my both swaps were on revision.
I wrote to N.Exchange and they asked me to proceed with a full KYC process. I presented all docs they required and cooperated the best I could.
Yesterday, 16-th of September the both amounts were refunded.
Keep in mind that those guys protect crypto community from money laundry and illegal transactions and I hope that crypto will remain free and not be regulated.
If you are an honest crypto user and you got your crypto legally then it will be no problem to deal with this exchange.

N.EXCHANGE scam service posing as SWAP or EXCHANGE.
It is a scam service to users, we have been silenced from reddit and as you can see they even blocked the interaction of their telegram group, in my case I have been after my funds for 2 months. I sent a sales contract, ID, Selfie, Screen of the origin of the funds, even photos of the vehicle that I sold and for which I obtained the BTC that at the time of exchanging to USDT in EXODUS WALLET they redirected the SWAP to N.EXCHANGE and my funds were frozen, they washed their hands and this dark process began, after everything I sent they said they would do a video conference which never happened, after the video conference they said it would be better to send where I bought the BTC, which I did not buy because I received them from a sale. In short, I feel like a victim of fraud and they violated my privacy and my rights, the link they sent for KYC was of no use, much less my selfies, ID, contracts... They just make fun of you in your face and keep your funds, use safe SWAP like BINANCE, KUCOIN, BYBIT or others but never do SWAP in EXODUS because the % of your funds being taken by this exchanger is very high, by the way there is little information and apart from that they claim to be AML prosecutors.
But this looks very low-class, for me it is just another cryptocurrency scam.

I got into AML verification when swapping in Exodus wallet. Passed the verification procedure and provided absolutely all the initial explanations. I also provided additional explanations requested by the exchange staff. 6 days have already passed since the last information was provided. The speed of processing requests is extremely low.
