I did the whole KYC process with you after an exchange with Exodus was held back by Nexchange. after a year and a half the situation have now become unbearable and will i have to resort to other means to get my money back from Nechange 7 Bitcoin is NOT small change and i need this resolved ASAP.

Shady company with shady bussines
I belive they collect documents for KYC and they try to do a lot of dilligence on this because they do have “gray” customers and they push the real customers to provide a lot of documents to cover his bad customers . Once is too hard on KYC means they do shady stuff behind. Do not trust them with your coins !

BTC disappeared from a SWAP
I tried to do a swap from BTC to USDT and my funds disappeared from my wallet, and said it had gone wrong. I have been speaking to Valentine, from client support and she has been trying to help me but I still do not have my swap done and the funds are not in my wallet, which lets me very worried.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with N Exchange. I conducted a transaction where I swapped $15,000 USDT to Ethereum, which was payment received via my webshop. I completed all the required KYC, provided proof of account, receipt, invoice, and all necessary communication with my customer.
They solved it just do your KYC and you will get your money

Locked Funds Through Exodus Swap
Swapped through Exodus wallet, the swap was pending a little longer than usual, get told to contact them for more information, Exodus tells us it's not them it's an exchange called N.exchange, we email N.exchange, N.exchange refuses to cooperate if we do not provide POF (We agreed to give them KYC but POF is impossible for us).
This is all over a 12 ETH swap, it's absolutely pathetic how they're handling this situation. I hope they can redeem themselves by taking the 5% KYC refusal fee and returning the coins to us.
Till then this review will remain. Be VERY careful when dealing with exchanges they CAN and they WILL hold your funds and make it as difficult as possible for you to get it back.

I put my btc in exodus for a swap, I tried to swap my btc to usdt and later it started pending after I got a message from exodus that I should contact n.exchange after I contacted they asked for verification and I did all the verification then after all my verification they have refused to give me my money back now they do not answer me . All this happened today and yesterday.

now when i read the reviews i understand its all scam. i purchased a btc from one local crypto trader and he recommended me to open exodus. then he sent me the btc to exodus and then after one day i made 2 swaps and the first went through but the second one which was bigger got "flagged" by N exchange and now they require proof of funds which i cannot provide as i purchased it with CASH! i asked to cancel it and they just continue asking me to go through KYC and proof of funds which I CANNOT PROVIDE!

They refunded me with a 5% fee.
I agreed with the fee to avoid KYC, since forcing users on non-custodial wallets for KYC is against human rights. If we want to do KYC swaps we can choose famous ones like Binance,Coinbase..etc and not a random wallet that Exodus uses.
Still happy i got a refund, i came across a lot of users that their money is locked for months. I urge both EXODUS/N.EXCHANGE to display terms before swap, what happened is not fair.
I agreed with 5% fee because my rights to privacy cost more than a 5% from 1 Bitcoin i swapped. To everyone that has funds locked, please agree the same with a 5% refund fee so you can get 95% of your money back.

Keep care using Exodus swap function!
I was using the Exodus wallet provider and received cryptocurrency into my wallet. I aimed to swap this BTC for ETH through the app, which employs n.exchange. (I didn't knew that, I used Exodus because its instant and anonymous).
Unfortunately, n.exchange did not complete the swap, and after two days, they informed me that the transaction was flagged.
The transaction amount was about $9,200, significantly under $10,000, leaving me baffled about their concerns regarding money laundering or similar issues. They have been unable to provide a transaction date or a resolution timeframe. Communication has been limited to email, with sporadic and often unhelpful responses. The most common reply I've received is, 'We can't tell how long it will take. We don't have any ETA.'
I was hesitant to undergo any KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures due to these peculiar issues but eventually complied as I felt I had no other option, otherwise, they might freeze my funds without justification. After reviewing their reputation and seeing others with similar experiences, I'm left wondering why I could be blamed for the transaction being flagged.
I want to emphasize that I have no interest in being linked to any suspicious transactions. I don't want my name associated with any questionable activities, but it seemed I had no alternative if I wanted to prevent my funds from being unjustly frozen. The situation has been concerning, and I am considering contacting the police due to their strange and unprofessional conduct. It's not my responsibility if someone else's actions involve tainted coins, and I wish to avoid any new issues with law enforcement or similar troubles.
Adding to the complexity, the individuals responding to my emails, Sephora and Valentine (Support via mail), mentioned that their blockchain analysis tool detected a flag on the deposit transaction for my order. The compliance department is still reviewing the documents, and they continue to state that there are a lot of moving parts in the whole process, hence a definite answer may not be possible at this stage.
What a strange and nonspecific response
They indicated that additional reviews were necessary because I wanted to swap crypto.
What a mess this has become. Unbelievable!!
And if they attempt to blame me for something, I will not hesitate to contact the police over these matters.
This entire ordeal is exceedingly peculiar and frustrating.
Last words from my side: I want to emphasize that I need to know what the problem is and desire clarity before anything else is done—this approach is nothing short of outrageous. Additionally, I demand an option to consult with legal counsel so that I can understand what their issue is. They should keep me far removed from their concerns about money laundering or anything of the sort. It's completely unacceptable that they fail to communicate clearly. I want to know the exact reason why my transaction was flagged as suspicious.
Keep aware from this strange exchange provider and avoid using "Exodus swap".

Feel like I have been scammed
OMG after reading all these reviews on N Exchange. I am starting to accept that I have indeed been scammed for just under 8000£. I used Exodus to convert btc to USDT and it said the transaction had failed. I contacted Exodus and they advised I contact N Exchange as they handle their transactions. In 3 days I have received zero response from N Exchange and have no idea where my funds are. Hopefully they reply and we sort this amd I can update this review.

Thanks for getting back, It's a big relief as that money was put aside for my daughter future. I have replied on this platform for the request for an order number but I did send you many emails containing all all relevant information from my email it will not allow me to post my email address here. It would be easier to communicate via email but I will take what I'm given. I look forward to your reply here or in my email.

Ok so I have still received nothing from N exchange since their public response here asking me for more information that I had already sent. So it seems that the response here was just for show. This is shocking and clearly exposes N exchanges intentions to scam more people.

(Solved) Do not respond to the authorities…
UPD: The authorities got the information, but it took more than two months to get any response, and because of this, all the funds were lost.
Do not respond to the authorities regarding the crime case. My stolen funds (marked as 100% stolen) reached n.exchange, and the police officer couldn't even get any information about their status and the thief's KYC because the support team hadn't responded.

ORDER:OT826A. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with n.exchange's customer service. About two weeks ago, I initiated a swap for 1BTC on Exodus. Two hours after starting the swap, I received a notification that my transaction had been flagged, and I needed to contact customer support at n.exchange.
Upon reaching out, I was informed that my transaction was flagged due to suspicious activity, and I would need to undergo KYC. Although I had no issue complying, being on the other side of the world without all the necessary paperwork became a challenge. I submitted my passport, utility bill, proof of funds, and contact information for the individuals who sent me the BTC for a watch I sold.
For the past two weeks, I've received absolutely no updates, just copy-paste responses, driving me to the brink of frustration given the significant portion of my savings involved. It's worth noting that this ordeal occurred during Christmas and New Year's, forcing me to halt present purchases for my family and loved ones. I've been confined to my house, dealing with shame and depression.
Despite daily messages to n.exchange, I've yet to receive any positive feedback or an update on when my funds will be released. This customer service experience has been truly shameful.

Serious Concern - Frozen Swap
I am leaving my experience with a swap done with n.exchange that has caused me a lot of stress and worry.
My order ID of the swap is OTIHZL.
On September 13, 2023 I initiated a swap from within Exodus for 2 BTC and found out that my swap was under review. I reached out to Exodus to ask and they told me I had to reach out to n.exchange support.
To my surprise I was told by n.exchange support that I needed to verify my identity and provide documentation about the source of my Bitcoin.
Quick note on Exodus: It’s a fantastic wallet but they failed to inform me on the swap page that a possibility existed of this happening. Exodus should do a better job of properly informing people before doing a swap of the possibly outcomes. Granted they state “swap services are available through third-party APR providers” but there should be a clear warning of the possibility of assets being frozen and allow the client to decide how to proceed. Had I known this would be a possibility I would have opted to swap using Binance. BIG FAIL ON BEHALF OF EXODUS.
I followed the instructions by n.exchange support and provided proof of identity and source of funds documentation on September 20, 2023.
My Bitcoin came from a legitimate source and the documentation I provided is very complete. I have fully cooperated with the requests.
IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS SINCE PROVIDING ALL DOCUMENTATION AND NO REASSURING INFORMATION ABOUT MY SITUATION!!!
When I inquire all I get is the following message: “Unfortunately, we did not received any feedback from the compliance team yet. I have pinged them once again to speed up the process. Thanks for your understanding, and for your patience."
These 2 Bitcoins are my life savings and I am very worried I will not get them back.
Especially given the negative reviews found in Trustpilot about people in the same situation that I am in.
I need a resolution ASAP or else I will have to take more serious measures to get back what is rightfully mine.
I will be updating this review regularly. I pray the next update is sharing a positive conclusion.

Indeed it was a very stressful period waiting and not getting a proper update.
To all who are in a similar situation, I suggest you simply cooperate and submit KYC and proof of funds documentation.
Leaving a review here in Trustpilot also helps inform other people of your ongoing process.
The only feedback I would have for n.exchange is that they do a better job of giving a time frame for the resolution. Saying that it's not possible to give a time frame did not help me stay calm. Better to say 1 month maximum or something in my opinion.
