Withholding funds without any communication
Subject: Urgent Follow-Up: Release of Funds - Ref: OKHW60
Dear N.Exchange,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous communication regarding the withholding of my funds by n.exchange. Despite my initial letter, I have yet to receive a response or any indication of progress toward the resolution of this matter.
I must reiterate the gravity of the situation. The funds that are currently being held by n.exchange are not only integral to addressing pressing health bills but also represent a transaction that was successfully confirmed on the blockchain. It is, therefore, essential that this matter be promptly addressed to ensure both the fair treatment of your customers and the preservation of your company's reputation.
As I am sure you are aware, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the regulatory body responsible for overseeing financial institutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Furthermore, Companies House maintains the official register of companies in the United Kingdom. In light of the unresolved issue and the apparent lack of responsiveness, I feel it is necessary to inform you that I am prepared to escalate this matter by reporting n.exchange's actions to both the FCA and Companies House.
Such a course of action could potentially result in an investigation into n.exchange's practices and could lead to repercussions for the company, including the possibility of being struck off the official register. I believe it is in both parties' best interests to avoid reaching such a point.
I remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and without resorting to legal action. However, I must insist on receiving a prompt and satisfactory response to my current predicament. Kindly provide an update on the status of my request for the release of funds and a clear plan of action to address this issue.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and anticipate your timely response. Failure to acknowledge this email and work towards a resolution will regrettably leave me with no alternative but to proceed with the course of action mentioned above.
Thank you for your understanding.

N.Exchange withholds 7 Bitcoin for 6 months with no resolution
We did a crypto exchange on Exodus to the value of 7 Bitcoin (USDT to Bitcoin). We had to wait for the transaction to reflect which never did. We were referred to their third party exchange (N.EXCHANGE). We were asked to KYC which we did. We were told to wait. We are still waiting and it’s been 6 months. They have provided no reason for holding our crypto, they have not returned our original USDT either. They have not complied with their own policy and have ceased communication. Finally, we have also subsequently realised that they cannot be located at their ‘business address’.
Exodus have removed any evidence of our exchange so there is no trace of the original USDT value that was used to exchange for Bitcoin. They have protected themselves from liability and fail to engage.
Check mate. Be careful!

N.Exchange is a classic fraudster
N.Exchange is a classic scam
N.Exchange is a classic scammer. They work with the Exodus wallet. If you are going to make an exchange or other action in your wallet, rest assured, N.Exchange will block your coins and you will lose them forever. N.Exchange writes positive reviews about itself. Contacting support does nothing. Ends with standard unsubscribes from N.Exchange. My 2 Ethereum exchange in Exodus wallet is blocked on April 12, 2023. N.Exchange blocked. It is dangerous to use the N.Exchange and Exodus wallet. When using these resources, you will lose your money, and most importantly, you will lose time for correspondence with N.Exchange.
Here is the N.Exchange message in the official telegram:
Hi all,
As a general notice to anyone complaining about frozen orders/funds: Your funds are frozen for a specific reason. It has apparently been indicated by blockchain analysis tools or otherwise that the source of your funds is illegal. You can now continue to post on these groups accusing us of various things, or you can go through the standard KYC process and provide reasonable proof of the source of your funds to prove that they are strictly from legitimate sources. At the moment, these are the only 2 options.
Sincerely, n.exchange support.
As you understand, after reading this, everyone will think about whether I need to use such a resource that will block my funds? The decision is made by everyone independently. The kyc procedure they write about cannot be passed. Other users have also posted about it. And this means that your funds will be lost forever and irretrievably!
Comment from N.Exchange - mockery! Will you also return interest on the use of funds? Will you also pay the exchange rate difference? Will you also pay for lost time? These are the questions we should ask ourselves before using the Exodus wallet and N.Exchange.
I have been using these resources since 2018. There were coins that I bought five years ago and did not withdraw anywhere. The funny thing is that in these five years I have had several exchanges. And they were all inside the Exodus wallet. As soon as I wanted to exchange and transfer them, n.exchange blocked the funds. The same thing happens as with any means of consumption, for example, with cars. It has been serving for a long time and I used it, but the time has come and it is outdated physically and morally, it takes a lot of time for maintenance, for writing truthful reviews and reviews. So it's time to take this resource to a landfill with subsequent disposal. This applies to N.Exchange and Exodus so that they do not interfere in people's lives and do not take away a non-renewable resource - time for useless communication with them. The money was returned, it's true. After a month and a half of continuous work with them and the publication of reviews on the network. And it's not even about the money! And the feeling that I stepped on something unpleasant while walking in the park, where there are many pet lovers.
I do not accept apologies from N.Exchange and Exodus! Your activities harm people. It's time for you to landfill! I will inform people that you are blocking their funds.
An interesting point: on 07/31/2023, the Trustpilot resource informed me that they had suspended viewing this review of mine because N.exchange stated that I had slandered them. I contacted Trustpilot and resolved the matter. I changed one phrase in the review and gave an explanation to the Trustpilot resource. As for the actions of N.exchange, by this he only proved that I am telling the truth about him. And N.exchange really doesn't like this truth! In Russia there is a folk saying: "The cap is on fire on the thief." N.exchange is not trying to improve its work, but is trying in every possible way to hide the truth that it creates problems for people out of the blue, namely, it blocks people's funds. I don't understand how Exodus can work with such a contractor! Or maybe N.exchange got delusions of grandeur? The conclusion can be drawn as follows: There are many other wallets and exchangers that do not cause problems for people.
Thanks to the Trustpilot resource for the opportunity to tell the truth about such cash registers as N.exchange and Exodus.

Scam
I tried to swap from Exodus. They locked my money and asked for KYC & PROOF of wealth. When I submitted both, they said there's no estimated time for the process. I have been waiting for more than a week. What's worse is that they stopped answering. Clearly a Scam!!! Stay away from this, I swear you will lose your money.

N.exchange Swap horrible experience 12.000$ frozen
i used exodus for regular exchanges all normal for many months
3 days ago i began swap from my btc to etherum, took too long. i messaged Exodus they directed me that N.Exchange needed me to contact them?? hmm
Concated N.Exchange support on email they asked for my identity verification and the source of my income,
Since i don't feel comfortable to the idea of my documents and face to be stored somewhere on the clouds I refused to cooperate asked them to cancel the swap and send me my money back. they refused and said i must do so (like that's legal lol). however due to the unfairness and me not reading right the terms i agreed on exodus, i had to give out my ID and selife whole full verification, even my driver license proofs of physical asset sale last month,
they told me they will review it and get back to me.
No matter how i ask for ETA the answer is always into the unknown and i have to live with the terror of losing my life savings during my country's economy collapse and we are going downwards a famine here until they decide to show me mercy and actually review my papers

I am extremely disappointed with the 3rd parties services provided by exodus wallet (N. exchange) Recently sold some equipment and tried to convert btc to usdt - provided all the information for KYC and my money is still held up since 23Feb. Would highly suggest to keep away from this platform as I suspect fraudulent behaviour. I got asked for the same information I all ready provided and have lost roughly 6000 euros. Keep your money safe and far away from N.Exchange.

Made a swap using exodus
Made a swap using exodus, first 5 or 6 swaps worked, but the last one is failed pending and its Already been a month!!! from BTC to USDT. They didn’t even had a disclaimer that they’ll need to verify on the app itself! They should’ve inform people about this, I could’ve just used my exchange platform of choice rather that this!!! Send me back my funds! All I got is emails back and forth but actually they stole / holding my funds without any reason or any notice in advance. And as I see I’m not the only one whom it happen to.
In first emails they promised to refund the funds after that they changed there approach and claim it’s under review if compliance team what a shady business they are running those guys ?

Scam
I tried to exchange BTC to USDT from my Exodus Wallet. Suddenly the process didn't worked and Exodus said, I should contact n.exchange because of the case.
They told me that they need a KYC and the Source of the Income of the BTC's from me to complete the Order.
I did everything, entered all my data gave them all proofs and asked kindly how long the process will take.
They answer since over 2 weeks with the same phrase over and over: "We can't give you an exact time for the process"
So it feel like a scam now. over 2 Weeks and my BTC's are hanging there for nothing!!! Refund me my BTC's on my Wallet Adress I told you to, how can you withhold my BTC for so long? Why are you scamming people like this?

These are real thieves
These are real thieves
do not use their service while you see my feedback because it happened co-can happen to you! On December 18, 2022, I decided to exchange my coins for alternative ones through the Exodus application as always before(in the area of a quarter of bitcoin), before that I did so with smaller amounts and did not cause problems, but how I decided to change several times more they simply wrote for several days that the application was in process (and then there were no notifications in the mail) and only through the applications could I see that the exchange was taking place after the delay I wrote in support of the Exodus wallet and through them found the contacts of these scammers that they would return my coins, they began to demand numerous checks of documents and my personal income - I provided everything in the correct form and sent! in the mail the bot has been responding with the same text for almost two weeks! NEVER! NEVER USE THE EXCHANGE THROUGH THIS API.
Never use this because any moment your coins can steal service and holding(according to the service itself, they do not know how much your coins will hold even after providing all the documents!)

I swapped my coins on Exodus and now they said I should do KYC verification. Anonymous EXODUS - KYC verification?
This review is exactly about N Exchange. I swapped my coins on Exodus, but they use N Exchange as a third-party API provider. And now I have to contact to N Exchange and follow their rules to get my BTC's back.

Fast, Easy and Secure!
Only when I started buying ETH a while ago that I found how difficult it was to swap for different cryptocurrencies on most platforms. Well, that was so until I found n.exchange.
In my opinion, the best platform for an easy and fast way to securely crypto exchange. Couldn't recommend it enought
