I am in the early stages of going through the NACA program. I attended the NACA Homebuyer Workshop, and it was great. The counselors explained every document in detail you will have to be approved. I was assigned to Sharon Bogney which is my counselor. Sharon has been amazing, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Help me through the process of getting all documents to be uploaded. Also explained step by step to make sure I understand the process. I highly recommend this NACA Program to first time buyers especially when they will with, no down payment, no closing cost and below market interest rates.

NACA has been a long process but you have to put the work into it as well. I believe its a good program although I haven't fully completed the process but so far the counselor that I have is really patient and awesome. Shout out to Dwayne Jordan! The community online groups help and calling the NACA help line is always a great resource for its members. It really does matter who is helping you to make the process less stressful. I have already recommended this program to friends and see the value in it. Be sure to ask many questions!

I was accommodated because I couldn’t get to a computer, which was very helpful, my rep made sure he got in contact with me and through the process of overviewing, made sure if I have any questions he would be glad to answer them, he also made sure I understood the assignment, and I can’t wait to continue this journey

I had my first appointment with my counselor, Ms. Katya who is in a different time zone, and it was a wonderful experience. She was very patient, especially when I had some connection issues on my laptop, causing me to drop in and out of the meeting. She walked me through each of my action steps without hesitation.
I also visited the NACA office in Newark, NJ, and Ms. Wisdom at the front desk was fantastic. She provided excellent customer service and made me feel confident that I would receive the help I needed. I thank God for NACA!
