Firstly the website was easy to use and navigate with great photos of the rugs. So a great first impression. When I was nearly ready to buy I rang and Maria was extremely helpful. The rugs arrived quickly here on the Sunshine Coast and wow we were delighted with them. Beautiful and as shown in the pics. They look stunning. Great service and rugs

The website is very clean and easy to navigate.
Shipping was very fast ! (Au based) my order
arrived within a few days, I was very surprised.
However the rug I received is completely different
to what I was expecting. The picture shown on the
website isn't very saturated, kind of greyish, which
is what I was looking for. However after opening
my rug my heart sank, the rug is so much more
warm toned then what's shown on the photo. I
understand camera quality etc. can effect how the
photo turns out. But I still can't help but feel
disappointed. Especially because it is a beautiful
rug, just not something I would have picked if seen
in person. I'm so sad at the colour difference. I
also don't want to risk sending it back for a refund
as if something happens to it during
transportation it is not covered under their refund
policy.

The I ordered from Najaf was delivered quickly even though it had to travel all the way from Australia to Greece. Najaf provided great tracking and I was able to see its progress along the route. Upon receipt, it was even more beautiful than I expected. I was very pleased with the entire interaction and great customer service.

Maria is so knowledgable and helpful in regard to the Najaf rugs. Buying a rug from Najaf Rugs was a pleasure.

I have been looking online at Najaf's beautiful hand-made rugs for a long time; umming and ahhing about what I should buy. I wanted something that was vintage, original and that I could live with for a long time. The photographs of the rug I purchased were accurate for both colour and condition ( which were respectively jewel toned and immaculate ) and the delivery was fast. I particularly liked that my rug had been wrapped up with a bow and had a card telling me how to care for it. I am delighted with "my rug" and the Najaf staff that made it so easy.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Such a brilliant company, so so so happy with my new rug.

It was a delight to meet Najaf and Maria; their expert knowledge of and passion for their rugs made it a pleasure to purchase a beautiful rug from them. Nothing was too much trouble and above all they wanted us to be happy with our choice of rug. It is a stunningly beautiful hand woven traditional Oushak rug and we are indeed very happy. My latest purchase from Najaf was a saddlebag complete with all it’s colourful tassels. Like the rug and cushions I purchased previously it is in perfect condition with vivid, rich colours, just as depicted on the website. It arrived promptly and was securely packaged. I highly recommend this wonderful business. The online site has a great selection of rugs of different designs and it’s difficult to make up your mind which one you really wish to purchase. So many you might like to purchase. My daughter who has a graphic design background was so pleased with my choice. She told me the rug was beautifully made and the design was wonderful and she would know with all her experience in website and graphic design experience.

I recently purchased 2 vintage persian rugs and had the most fabulous experience.
After purchasing them online, I received an email with a follow up call on when I would like to pick up the rugs. I informed them that ideally I would like them delivered but the website wouldn't allow it while I purchased it. They very quickly responded by having the rugs delivered within 2 business days.
Both rugs are perfect. Very happy with both the outstanding level of customer service as well as the quality of the rugs.
