I received my rain jacket swiftly last week.Unfortunately the bottom zipper presented a problem.Charlotte at Customer Services was very helpful on live chat and in emails.I have returned the jacket as I am sure there is a small problem with the zip that will spoil its efficiency!I am hoping for a replacement if in stock or the problem resolved when Naolo receive the return

I bought a rather expensive jacket from Naolo via Amazon Marketplace. It arrived swiftly, was the wrong size and a new size appeared promptly. The return of the other one was smooth.

Then the jacket developed a fault in the zip, four months later. When I emailed, Charlotte in customer service could not have been more helpful and a replacement is on its way. These days the customer can feel that they have to prove something when things do not go as planned. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is truly customer focused.

Excellent product. Arrived earlier than expected. With the British rain i was able to christen it yesterday. No leeks. Exactly what I wanted.

We had an excellent retail experience. The item which we ordered arrived within the given timeframe and was exactly as specified. The item was of excellent quality and very much cheaper in price than we have seen in our local retailer. We would certainly make use of this company again.

The colour of the coat is a beautiful sandy colour with black lining. The coats looks very well on , it is so warm and totally rainproof. I am delighted with my purchase....

Due to an "error in the Warehouse", the item i ordered was out of stock. But even more than a week later (and after comfirming that i didn't want to buy a different item instead) the money transaction for that item on my bank account still comes up as "pending", so that i have no access to that money! Not happy....

I am happy with communication between a customer and a seller. I am happy with quality of my item, and happy with a delivery.

Prompt delivery, competitive prices. I had some queries which were answered quickly by the 'live chat'. The item was delivered in good strong packaging which kept it in good condition.

I ordered a coat and had to return but before ordering another one asked through "Live chat" the refund process.

Charlotte was very helpful said it would be done as soon as coat arrived and to send her tracking number she would let me know when they have received it.

Hopefully each of us will receive a coat today!!!

Greys service and fast but £9 for a pair of socks ... Seriously???

We saved quite a lot of money by purchasing my wife's rain coat through Naolo,everything went through very smoothly,delivery was prompt and well packaged.I would thoroughly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
