Lovely coat at exceptional price. But confused why jacket smelt of cigarette smoke! Airing the jacket and hoping it freshens up.

My John Merrell sandals arrived from Denmark in 2 to 3 days and I was able to track their progress throughout the process! Returning them to Denmark could have been a problem, but I knew that they would fit and be comfortable, as I already have this style in another colour. (Sadly this style is no longer available in the UK, so I was delighted to find these from Naolo via Amazon! )

Ordered a Isle Jacobsen rain coat .... Arrived on time, just what I wanted

My order was despatched really quickly. The only comment I would make, is, when I did place my order, the website only had England and Ireland as a shipping address.. I had to email and explain that I was in Scotland. The person who dealt with my query responded very promptly and advised that this was not a problem and my order would get to me. Just a thing to think about. There is Wales as well!!

Very fast delivery of the coat only trouble is beware that even though this website has a .co.uk address you have to return items to Denmark at your own cost !! Obviously for a internet ordering when you don't know how things will fit etc that's not great ... So reed the small print but if you know what you want and know thier sizes it's fine .

Items arrived within three days. Well packaged. Would use Naolo again.

I received my goods quickly and efficiently but they turned out not to be what I wanted, and I am very irritated to find that I have to pay for returning them - to Denmark! I think if Naolo want to do online business in the UK, they should help by paying for returns. As it is, I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered jacket from naolo.co.UK. Took a week to deliver arrived this morning. Unfortunately this jacket will have to be returned as it has a shiny look. This was not on the website description.Will have to pay return postage to Denmark! Disappointed.

Returned part of order was tracked and signed for on delivery which is confirmed by Royal mail. Refund expected but have not had it yet. Would like to have acknowledgement that a refund is on its way.

Just to add now all sorted and money refunded very quickly.

I was over the moon to find a Ilse Jacobsen raincoat I had been searching for, at half the price on Naolo. It arrived today and I absolutely love it. The quality is superb.

I purchased an Ilse Jacobsen coat which arrived quickly and was beautiful. I was worried as I hadn't received an email informing me of dispatch and so emailed the company who replied the next morning (email sent evening before) and was informed that the coat was due for delivery that day which it did! Very pleased with the service - thank you!

Be careful purchased a coat looked lovely bright yellow zip , turns out to be a dirty mustard colour so disappointed as not a cheap item

I am very excited abut my purchase, including the price, BUT I ordered it last but i ordered it last Sunday and 7 days later it is yet to appear. I have had a nice e mail from them saying Sten has packed it and posted it so I look forward to receiving it ....tomororw?
