Good service

Easily found the product I was looking for. A guide on how to find the right fit would help, as I had never tried this make of clothing before and didn't know how the sizes came up. Customer service very polite, friendly, fun and swift. Had trouble getting delivery to an address different from my invoice address. Customer services dealt with this quickly but item still went to my home address and not work.

The coat I ordered came on time beautifully wrapped. I appreciated the email from Charlotte telling me her colleague Sten had wrapped it for me and ancouraging me to contact her if there were any probems. There weren't :)

My order arrived promptly and was exactly as expected. I would definitely use this service again.

As I said good choices, great prices. I just wish I knew the company was in Denmark as I had 2 return 2 jackets and it cost me lot of money whitch might deter me from ordering in the future. I have to say through that I was offer a free return by customer service but after I had send back the jackets still great company.

I contacted Naolo on their customer help on the internet asking if the plum / forest coat I was looking at had the zip feature at the bottom of the sleeves, I was assured by their operator Charlotte it did, great I thought and I ordered the coat with confidence. Fast forward to the delivery, which was very prompt considering it was coming from Denmark, however on opening the parcel I discovered the coat delivered did not have the the zips on the sleeves discussed with the Naolo customer service representative Charlotte!!!!!! The coat I received is lovely but my preference would have been for the design with the zips on the sleeves.

everything went as planned

I received an email request to rate the product/service but it is difficult to rate the product as I haven't received the order yet. It was ordered 8 days ago but still not received (SLA says 3-5 days delivery).

Absolutely love my Ilse Jacobsen raincoat and the service was first class, I must admit I was a bit wary as no UK sellers with the colour I wanted in stock, but it arrived safely today !

Ordered from the UK on a Monday and the shoes arrived on Thursday by courier. Very fast service, with updates and tracking provided. Would certainly use them again, and recommend them highly

Beautifully made rather stiff but I would think efficient and warm raincoat. However sizing was too small for me so had to return it. Be aware when you make a return it has to be sent to Denmark and cost me £9.90 for this item. I would recommend it for quality of garment and quick dispatch.
