From the moment we walked into the showroom there was no in your face salesman pushing or following us around, we sat down when we were ready and Shane the salesman was helpful and couldn't be better. We were constantly in contact and true to his word our car was ready within 4 days.

The staff's expertise and courteous demeanor was exceptional; there was no pressure, and all aspects were clearly explained. The service was outstanding and highly recommended. Elliot Cooze provided exceptional assistance from initial contact, guiding me through each step with a follow up call post sale to check everything was in order. His vehicle expertise was evident, and the entire process was efficient and seamless.

Would highly recommend the team at Nathanial Cars Cardiff. Shane specifically was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also warm and friendly from beginning to end which made the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered immediately and the handover when collecting the car was fantastic as he went through all the car features.

The sales rep Christian was very helpful went through everything and put us at ease. When I collected the car there were still a few marks on it, so Christian took it back to the workshop and they sorted there and then. The whole process was easy and stress free

Put it very simply great personal service from a guy who was genuinely interested in us..no 'sales pitch'... no pressure... no hassle...he just answered all our questions...nothing was too much...and more importantly did not patronise us,,,nor made us feel we were being 'silly'!! The buying process was really easy and explained clearly, all options were discussed and costed.
Damian guided my car choice and eventually I chose the car I wanted.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and were honest. Several show rooms just wanted a sale but I received honest feedback to questions even if they were negative about the vehicle, they were upfront about all costs. Found Elliot to be very helpful

The salesman, Shane is a really genuine guy who gave us a great deal on the new HS and part exchange off our old HS. Took his time explaining the new costs, the few changes on the new HS and the quick availability of it, we only had to wait 4 days.
The team in the Cardiff branch were all very friendly and generous with the coffees and biscuits. Sorry to say it but the Cwmbran branch is nowhere in the same league.
Enjoyed the test drive, chuft with the silver colour and impressed with the extra bit of acceleration compared to the old model.
Would highly recommend MG, definitely recommend the Cardiff branch, and also Shane. In fact a friend of mine is calling in to see him this week, Terry Lowndes. Might get £100 as well for recommending him to check them out.
