The sign up process is cumbersome

The sign up process is cumbersome. It could be streamlined a bit more. Too many steps and emails and/or texts to look for and follow links to. The agents were nice and did direct me, but still...
The staff was awesome regardless of the procedures.

Good company

Good company, good rates. Only small issue is they are a little slower on the settlements but outside of that, would recommend for sure
