Online application is straight forward and easy to use

I am ordering my daughter's birth certificate. It was a quick process. Two problems: She was born abroad, which was not an option that I saw (I marked "OTHER" for the city, but I'm not sure the form will be accepted).
After I submitted the application, I quickly received notice that it had been received--thank you! But then I had to upload my driver's license, front and back. (??) I did so, but am not sure why that level of security was needed. I hope to receive the birth certificate soon! Thank you.

After a YEAR of calling and spending money at other companies, 1 email to Abigail and less than 2 weeks later, I have the necessary documents for my passport and RealID!!!
10 out of 10 if possible!!!

Able to order papers and not worry about fraud

It was simple and very direct.

Ordering was easy, Site was easy to navigate. Well see if I actually get what I ordered and how fast it gets here.

So I had the pleasure of dealing with 3 people, Rachel, Janet and Abigail over a period of about a month and I have to say unlike our own government (uk) departments this was an absolute pleasure. Constant communication and updates from all the team meant I was always aware of the next stages. I cannot speak highly enough of these folks and this department. Top notch.

Wonderful team!! Great customer service. Every time I had a question or needed help they were very responsive and helpful. I did get many emails that were sent by default of the system but other than that I really enjoyed the experience. I got 4 records done with them and the time was quick and the cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Everything BUT the signature was easy, It was nearly impossible to write my signature from a laptop

Requesting my birth certificate was a nearly seamless process!
If there was a way to request expedited processing, I didn’t see it, but I added it in the comments section; hopefully, that will do the trick!!

They wanted way too many documents to order a birth certificate and the cost was 4 times the amount of any other place I looked up. They refused to refund my money when I told them I could get a birth certificate for $40 through another site. It seemed like a scam and it was definitely a rip off.

They got me the document I needed quickly and painlessly.
