The online application was easy and I got my daughters' Birth Certificates within a COUPLE of DAYS!
I did not pay for expedited service but I cannot imagine how it could have happened any faster. Thank-you so much for making this experience so nice.

I was thrilled to be able to deal with an actual real person who was lovely. I definitely recommend their services.

However processing was rather slow for NC. A bit pricy.

Been waiting months for them to process and send me my document now all of a sudden they need me to send them a certified permission slip to do so.. Scam vibes all over it. I feel at this point like they’re trying to stealing my identity. Awaiting my cancellation request To be Confirmed.

I ordered 3 documents in March of 2023. It is now December. Online, my account stated that the order had been completed. After bringing up the matter with National Records, I find that nothing had been done about 2 documents, and the document that they did address produced no marriage certificate. I ended up pursuing the matter on my own and getting my own marriage certificate.I regret using this company.

Excellent communication throughout. I ordered a birth certificate from overseas as I couldn't get to the required vital records department. The only issue I had was that before ordering the birth certificate, I looked at the expected time frame for obtaining the birth certificate and it said 3-15 days plus postage, but it took about 35 days plus postage. This was however out of their control. Customer service was excellent, fast and polite.

Excellent service, Outstanding!!!!

After I submitted a request, I found out I needed to verify that I lived at the address I needed it shipped to, which I could not do because I didn't live at that location. I thought it was entirely fair not to pose a security risk so I cancelled my order, but then my cancellation request was denied and my documents were shipped to the address I needed them at anyway. I'm personally satisfied but I'll give it a 3 star rating because the inconsistency has me a bit concerned.

Wonderful service. Janet was so helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I needed my document sent to the UK and it was with me in less than two week.

The website was easy to order exactly what I needed. It was received in a timely manner even though I preferred it arriving in 2 days maybe, but The site clearly states they have no control over the time line of the required document being produced/printed. But over all the delivery was great as it was received in less than a week. So just be aware there’s no expedited button if needed in a day or two.
