Update.
The process was a bit confusing but I did get someone on the phone. All issues resolved. Refund on the way.

Placed order. Site seemed...funky. Called sister and she had already started the process. Went on site 3 days before they charged my card and attempted to cancel. Canceled chatge on card. Spoke to a rep and told them I was canceling and then, then they send me an email saying they can not cancel the order at this time.

Information was uploaded quickly. I phone confirmation was done.

First Class service! Documents processed immediately. It was a very easy process and the communication was superb. My agent Sacha took care of everything. Will use again.

The time is a lie and the price is a lie. You will be required to do additional work they have not mentioned. You will not find this out until after payment.

This is a total scam! Charged me almost $200 for a birth certificate and make the process as difficult as possible then refuse to refund you when you request to cancel the order. Still never received the birth certificate so this is 100% a scam and they will steal your money!!

This is bogus. Don't use them. After I paid them online, they sent a form I needed to pay for - in cash - on top of the original payment. In other words, they don't do anything for you except take money then send you to do it yourself in cash. Bogus.

Beware!!! I was totally scammed by this company. I lost not only the ridiculous fee I paid for their service but also wasted 2 months of my time. I chose this company to obtain a copy of my birth certificate only to be told by the state that they were not authorized to provide it. After countless emails and phone calls, they took my money and delivered absolutely nothing but aggravation and loss of precious time. If you need a copy of a birth certificate or other official record, just go through Vital records of that state and avoid being scammed like I was by National Records.

There was some delay, but I finally received records.

Because I am overseas (Switzerland) and there's a big time frame from switzerland and i was able to request the birth certificate of my daughter at 5 AM in switzerland otherwise since i work it would be complicated to call the USA directly

Great service- but some appreciation of British time zones would be better. The call at 11pm UK time when we were just dropping off to sleep to ask for feedback on a death certificate copy was particularly unwelcome.

I had lost my birth certificate for decades, and I was relieved to find out there was an organization that could actually track down and provide a copy of the document. I was expecting a morass of bureaucracy and red tape. To my surprise the website was very easy to navigate, very clear about the legal issues, and easy to input the details. The processing time was quite reasonable, and the address confirmation requirement was less onerous than I thought, and was processed quickly. Whoever devised this service and its processing format is obviously someone who has empathy and sympathy for we ordinary people who are not used to filling out complicated forms online.

My wife used a different service and it took 4 weeks longer to get her birth certificate.

It was very nice experience received everything on time and also got some good help from Ms Donna and Ms Sacha . Highly recommend the service .

I was so impressed how quickly I got my necessary documents. I did have trouble uploading front and back of my drivers license and they were awesome about making sure i got that handled. They walked me through it and I received my documents way quicker then i had anticipated. I highly recommend you use their services. Thank you to the national record team from making this part of my wedding needs easy. Much gratitude and respect to you all.

Update: By leaving a review, I finally received a response and got my money back. However, they are charging 4x the amount it would cost to get records by other companies.

After multiple emails and phone calls, Abigail finally was able to help me and make sure I got a full refund. She was extremely kind and understanding of my concerns. I appreciate all of her help in resolving this matter.
