I was incorrectly advised after ordering a replacement windscreen. The fitter convinced me that a repair job would suffice and would be much cheaper. A short while after it failed its MOT so I subsequently had to replace the whole screen. I did, after some long conversations with my insurer and National Windscreens managed to offset the "repair cost" against the cost of the replacement windscreen.

the guys that came to fix window were very good and cleaned up broken glass

After they brought in an after market back window to fix on my car, they left one of the brake lights unplugged. They saw the dashboard warnings and wanted me to go with the car. I had to speak up before they fixed it. It’s very unprofessional. The windows don’t even sit properly, you can see it bulging out from a distance. I only used them because my insurance company recommended them and it was my first experience with them too.

This is a disabled person car and to my disgust the car was left full of glass I can't believe it wasn't left in a safe and clean environment was not happy when I went to use it the next day the fitting was fine but the glass everywhere if I was a fitter I would leave the job safe and tidy or is this not your policy???
