Windscreen service good
Windscreen service good, however there was a corner on the dash that still had tiny glass remains.
Was told there was a bus stop just round the corner to get a bus into town, which there wasn’t. It was beside the airport. A service for a bus stop drop off would be great.

Booked through insurance, very smooth
Booked through insurance but handover was easy, guys double-checked that the right screen was there before I left the property and then got a call well within the 4hrs to tell me the car was ready. All very smooth really... Very clean, new-looking facility too. 2 weeks leadtime but worth it rather than paying extra over the excess.

Came to my house to fix my window
Came to my house to fix my window. Both men were polite on arrival. Communication was great, explained what they were going to do ect and once the window was complete they gave me instructions on what I can't do while the window sets.
