Botch job
Visible misalignment on the windscreen which left a whistling noise. Replaced a second time, alignment was better but did not give me a calibration certificate which became evident why as they damaged the sensor. Took back to OEM garage to sort out as I don’t trust their ability to do the job. In dispute now for recovery of the costs, if your insurance company put you onto these, kick back immediately!

Totally satisfactory workmanship
The actual work in replacing my windscreen was completed to my total satisfaction - clean, tidy and took about an hour.
My only critical comment would be related to the tracking system - it works intermittently and is not accurate. For example, it showed that the technician was on an earlier job but was actually at my address and had started to remove my damaged windscreen.
