Determined techniciam
The technician struggled with a jammed boot lid due to debris but promised to return after after the weekend. He returned as promised and with a lot of determination opened the boot ready for a new lock off e bay at a fraction of the main stealer agent.

Great process, good customer journey, great technician and service. They came to the house within a few days and repaired a 0.5-1cm chip in 15 minutes. Faultless, honestly.

Poor communication.
I initially booked an appointment for a date that was convenient for me. Later that day, I received an email notifying me that my appointment had been rescheduled to a different date, without any explanation. I had to call to find out the reason for the change.
On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received no call confirming they were on their way, and they didn’t show up. When I called to ask why, they claimed they had called and knocked on the door, waiting for 10 minutes. This was hard to believe, as I had my phone with me all day and was home the entire time.
In the end, I had to wait another five days to get my window replaced. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor communication and service.

Quick and easy to book appointment. Screen change was done very efficiently. Small problem with the sensors not attaching to screen but was sorted next day by Gareth at my home with no fuss. Well done all @ Bangor depot
