Substandard in every respect.
numerous cancellations on NW side, changes in location where the replacement windscreen would be carried out, lots of confusion and contradictions. Windscreen not fitted with care, rushed. Customer service also useless taking 3 weeks to revert. All in all, substandard in every respect.

Once again the guy who fitted the new screen was brilliant, it’s just that in the effort to make more money you aren’t fitting screens that match the original, which leaves a blind spot on the side of the screen when the heating element comes on to defrost and demist the screen, such a shame when everything else is so good 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
