Efficient service from being connected to the insurance company, through to windscreen being replaced and contacted to pick up. They need a larger workshop as it’s a little chaotic dropping off.

Rubber seal came loose few days later…
Rubber seal came loose few days later at only 50mph.They won't repair it for 5 days so car not available whole bank holiday.Should be a priority to put right faulty workmanship straight away.And rain is forecast for the suggested day to put it right!

Passenger door window replaced. It had to be done over a couple of days as the first time the glass was incorrectly labelled and therefore did not fit. It was completed two days later. Happy with work

A bit of a delay but great experience over all.
It took a little while to get my windscreen replaced as the part had to be ordered and that delayed things. Once a date had been booked though everything went smoothly. From delivery of vehicle to Windscreen install to pickup. Only took a few hours. Very happy with the job done.

Waiting time
I was asked to bring my van in between 8:30 and 9:00 am. They told me it could take up to 3hrs to do. When I returned 3hrs later, they hadn’t even started doing it. I then had to wait a further hour and a half. The work was ok but they should have started it earlier as I was there before anyone else. Not happy
