Wow, Where can I start. I was put into contact with National windscreens via my insurance company. I hadn't heard of them before, however my experience i had with them did not disappoint. I had my windscreen replaced before by another company and I had such a awful experience, so I was dubious to quite frankly let anyone else near my vehicle. But the team at National windscreens listened to my worries and reassured me that all will be fine. It took around 3 hours in total for my windscreen to be fitted and calibrated with ADAS equipment. Upon arrival to collect my vehicle the windscreen was fitted and I took my time to look around the vehicle for damage. However nothing!... it was spotless, inside and out it was tidy, clean, no damage, and aftercare instructions were given. Zack (technician) and Mark (Manager) were excellent, they really listened to my concerns i had when I arrived and they really did exceeded my expectations. Everything was seamless. Zack showed pictures of each stage of my windscreen fitting, and highlighted the bad work the other company did on my previous screen. Mark the manager was excellent and came down to see me to make sure I was happy. I really cannot fault these guys in the Basildon branch, and I would happily return and/or recommend them to anyone. My experience was excellent. Keep up the good work guys. And thanks again so much. I am one happy customer.
