Excellent, professional workmen
The blokes that came to fix my window rang me to let me know they were here. Both were very friendly, talked me through the process and what to expect . Couldn’t do enough even in that scorching hot weather!!

The service was good but it was in a industrial area. One where an old lady like me wouldn't feel safe to walk around there for 2 to 3 hours. So I had to take an Uber home and then come back
So it would have been nice if they had a drinks machine or maybe even a small TV in the waiting room. Cos it's a long wait

Very bad experience
I was very disappointed with the service from National Windscreens. I was told the replacement would take around 4 hours, but it actually took 6 hours, with very little communication or explanation for the delay. Waiting an extra 2 hours without being kept informed was frustrating and inconvenient. While the work itself appears to have been completed, the poor time management and lack of updates made for a disappointing customer experience. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication with customers in the future.
