Really helpful team from the office to…
Really helpful team from the office to the guys fixing the windscreens. Our truck wasn't at the location it was meant to be at and when they arrived i asked if they could go to another location and they were more than happy to change location and head over there. Always a great service!

Excellent service
Booked a replacement window as told by Halfords it could not be repaired.
The technician at National Windscreens inspected the windscreen on my arrival and advised it could be repaired after all, saving me a lot of money.
This honesty goes a long way and is much appreciated in a time of scams and dishonesty.

The fitters turned up and the 1st words…
The fitters turned up and the 1st words they said were..."this might not fit".. filled me confidence straight away....45mins for 2 men to try and oit the rubber around the windscreen before fitting...and then it not being on properly after that amount of time is a joke....1 corner isn't on properly and it also leaks...straight infontof the driver there is a leak running down the inside of the screen

Prompt, friendly and professional service.
We were put in touch with NW by our insurer. NW contacted us very quickly, and arranged a date for the replacement of the windscreen within days. We had to visit the depot as the windscreen couldn’t be replaced via the mobile van service. The mechanic was excellent. We only had to wait an hour and a half for the job to be completed, including reattachment of our dash cam. Everyone we came into contact with on the day, was helpful and reassuring.

First screen wasn't fitted properly and…
First screen wasn't fitted properly and hadn't sealed along the top of the vehicle letting in water. Next technician fitted a new one which is spot on.

Very efficient windscreen replacement
Very efficient windscreen replacement in Bournemouth. I arrived early but it was no problem to the cheerful team. A lovely walk recommended with great views to pass the time and it was a perfect job completed ahead of time. Very pleased. Smiles and help from reception meant I hardly noticed that the office needed a paint job!
