Couldn’t calibrate my car
Couldn’t calibrate my car. I was told my car height is lowered when it wasn’t lowered and i was told that I have to make this car to dealer and ask them to change the code and settings of the camera. I had to take car to other mechanics which costed me over £250 and then £135 for the windscreen. I took windscreen cover, so i have to pay less but ended up in paying more. Moreover, when i took my car to other mechanic, they calibrated the car without changing the code and settings of the camera.

An easy process to book a replacement screen.
The windscreen was fitted very well by a very pleasant engineer. But was only replaced on the second visit as on the first visit the replacement screen was missing the trim required.

The bloke who did my windscreen was…
The bloke who did my windscreen was very polite an quick the downside was that he either broke the mirror casing that fits over the mirror to hold it up or didn't clip it in properly i have tried an it doesn't fin on properly now.

the local National Windscreens office contacted me as to a quick appointment for visiting to replace my cracked windscreen and although they could not replace the same windscreen were most helpful in advising the new rear vision mirror mount I needed, and were prepared to make a special visit to assist fitting

Great experience
My claim was dealt with quickly and the fitters arrived on time and gave the car a thorough inspection before the new windscreen was fitted. They advised how long the job would take and completed the job on time with excellent attention to detail and I’m really pleased with the new windscreen.

Not a great service
Fitting off the glass was carried out ok, but there left my car with glass over the dash, seats and floor, also there was glass splinters in the blower vents so if turned on would have blown into eyes, the windscreen was covered in fingerprints so not a good service
