Good Quality Windscreen Replacement
Booking was via a link from my car insurance and was very simple. The new windscreen was fitted at the depot with just a few days wait, fitted quicker than I expected and looks as per the original (my BMW is less than a year old).

Chaotic
Chaotic experience with multiple dates that had to be reorganised and texts to keep changing the appointment time. Phone always diverts to national call centre as not answered locally which is only so helpful. Windscreen was replaced ok in the end but it was nothing but hassle, in contrast to my experience with other similar companies in the past. Gives the impression that their supply chain and logistics are not reliable

The service was good and you left the car clean and tidy but it has a heads up display on the windscreen but now I have to stretch up to see it. I now have to go back to you or the Renault garage to get it fixed.

I couldn’t have asked for better treatment from start to finish
The Bournemouth office particularly Abi were so thorough, kept me constantly updated, double checked on everything- she was absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. I am so impressed & after visiting the office -the whole team were so caring/personable made me feel welcome & again constantly keeping me updated and topped up with coffee ! Their system is so organised & a superb job done & information regarding after care. What a friendly environment to work in - no wonder everyone is so happy!

Extremely poor customer service
Tried to fix windscreen which unfortunately, was unsuccessful. Was charged twice for repair and can't get anyone from National to acknowledge this. Can't get a response from local National despite several attempts. Replacement fitting was cancelled by National as windscreen not received in time. Multiple messages since which make no sense and no clue when fitting will take place and how much we will be charged in light of initial duplicate payment.
