Great service and quick too.
It was easy to arrange the appointment online.
I'd initially booked it to have my windscreen replaced at home. They called me to say that my car would need recalibrating so I'd have to have it replaced at a local garage (1/2hr drive).
When I got there the staff were polite and friendly.
I was expecting to have to wait up to 3hrs but after 1 and a half hours I got a call to say my car was ready for collection.

Various Issues and Problems
Had over a week's notice to replace my windscreen at my address, morning of the appointment get a text message saying it couldn't be done at home had to be done at the depot - they knew what car it was as they had plenty of notice. Car was returned with the side trims not aligned , this was reported on their own inspection report but nothing was said to me. This then took a while to fix including one appointment when not only did they not turn up , received no communication and was just left waiting for them . No follow up communication afterwards, I had to phone them asking what was going on. New trims finally fitted after I took my car to them, one side still has a gap, told windscreen would have to be removed again to get it fitted perfectly aligned . Have lost enough time off work and hassle to go any further with them.

Excellent service
The man who came to do my windscreen kept me up to date with when he would be arriving. He arrived on time and was so polite, friendly and helpful. It was raining so he took my van away and brought it back all finished.He was efficient and made the whole experience so easy.

Great service
The team member who arranged for my car to be fixed was amazing. Contacting me when there was a cancellation as he knew I really needed it fixed urgently. The service on the day was great and mega quick.
