Very efficient
They were able to come out to me the next day with a replacement rear windscreen. The technician was very well mannered and efficient. He cleaned up all the broken glass and left my car very tidy afterwards.

The replacement of the windscreen was very good.
The replacement of the windscreen was very good and it is now working well , I have no complaints about the work done.
The only thing I can say is that the position of the unit was quite well away from any bus stop so it was not easy to leave and then return later.

Great service, easy process
Really good communication. I had to take my car to the workshop, rain stopped it from happening at home. That wasn't a problem, not far away and clear directions. A space at the workshop and WiFi so I was able to still work whilst waiting which was great. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Brilliant job thank you

,Pre “Thomas Crapper”Days??
I never give 5* as I firmly believe there’s always room for improvement. The weather turned inclement after lunch the appointment was made for the afternoon. Your fitting eng phones to ask if I would consider driving to your depot or change appointment to day after. I opted for the depot. Arrived 15 mins early. Drove car straight in. 2 fitters got to work immediately. Job complete 1 1/2hrs later. Back home in time for tea. Your workshop was nice and clean. Tidy workers also very polite and friendly. The only downside to my visit I have health issues. And have to use the TOILET regularly. The whole toilet area was dirty not been cleaned ( not since Thomas Crapper invented the “flush” toilet)As far as I’m concerned was a definite health hazard.
