Sadly first experience wasn't great with issues at the Preston Depot, but everything got resolved extremely well and quickly exactly how you would want at the Burnley depot, very helpful and checked in once everything was completed to satisfactory standards 🙂

Was asked all questions about car . Was told Friday 19-09-25 technican will come to my house. Friday morning was told no I have to take car to Burnley. Cost me £25 in return taxi costs. Very bad experience.

Got to the garage and the replacement windscreen was damaged. The guy at Burnley apologised and when the new replacement came he worked as quick as possible. Very much appreciated.
