Excellent service
Although I had to wait longer than I liked for an appointment I was pleased with the service I received. The experience was straightforward. I took the car to the repair centre, left it there and received a phone call to tell me when the car was ready for me to collect.

They communicated very well
They communicated very well. They were due to come to me, but due to the inclement weather, that wasn't possible. They phoned at around 0830 to say we would either need to reschedule or I could go to depot. Thanks to John, I didn't end up wasting my day
