National Windscreen Experience
Following completion of the on line booking form, National Windscreen confirmed the booking provided tracking on the engineers progress though the day and confirmation when the work was done. All in all a prompt and positive experience to the dilemmaof a broken windscreen 2 days before I was due to trade the car involved in for a new model.

Calibration of electronics did not work
All went well but the car was needed at the depot in order to calibrate the various driver assistance electronics within the car. Unfortunately the calibration has not worked and I am now having to wait to get it re- calibrated which is a wait of over 2 weeks

A typical industrial estate unit..not to easy to find... the time slot for a replacement modern (with electrics involved) windscreen is up to four hours.. no real waiting/refreshments for that length of time..took us off Burnley centre..£5 plenty of good coffee/ shopping to kill time..
However the good bit...the staff/fitters are very professional/polite....which is what you want the job completed within time to a high standard..

Helpful, straightforward service!
When I arrived there was already someone being sorted, so I waited in the car and not even 10 minutes went by that the young lad showed my dad and I to the waiting room. There was free guest WiFi which helped a lot with the waiting and the windshield was replaced in under an hour. I was also helpfully advised that they go by card payments now as I was concerned I didn't draw any money out for the work being carried out. It was a straight forward, simple service which made the experience all the better.

It’s not a very welcoming establishment - a dismal little place in a dismal location with very little directional signage to the scratty unit - would have much preferred visiting my local windscreen repair company - National windscreens seem very “last century”
